We service the Wellington and Wairarapa regions and have staff with over 60 years accumulative experience and specialise in restoration and renovation work. We have up to three teams that can run three separate sites so we can support each build with experienced workmen easily and immediately.

As long as it is a suitable size for a room or rooms it can be repurposed to a new living area or sleepout unit. It is easier on the wallet if it is relatively water proof and is structurally sound. You will not need a consent for changes if it under 30sqm and as long as you do not have running water in the unit

Every garage conversion depends on what structure you already have.
The first step is to talk with you to find out what you want to turn your garage into. Once you've settled on what you want and how it should be built we can sign a mandatory building contract and arrange insurances. We will then arrange for any plans, permits or consents if needed.

The cost of the build will depend on how much work is needed but we'll need to:
1. Identify and remedy any structurall issues including doors, windows, porches, decks
2. Identify and remedy any existing moisture problems ie roof, walls, retaining walls, floor
3. Plan for and install all electrical wiring
4. Install insulation to building codes and standards
5. Finish to building codes and warranty, and in the colours you want.

Three years. We have three qualified builders and two Licensed Building Practitioners (LBP) in the team with over 40 years of qualified building experience. We have our own team of apprentices and have worked with the same team of trusted professioanl subcontractors on many builds.

All workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years (mandatory by law), with accountability held by the Licensed Building Practioner (LBP) signing-off the build, and the company.
We also carry many insurance policies specific to each build including: Loss of Deposit and Non-Completion, Materials and Workmanship, and Structural Defects.
We will arrange all of insurance covers and warrantees at the contractural stage and before we start the build.

All Project Management for the swift completion of your renovation or refit. This type of work involves a lot of subcontractor coordination and oversight. We will do all this for you and make sure you get what you want.

We will manage your building project from start to finish. This means all of the Subcontractors, Materials, Authority Liaison (Council), Insurances, and regular update meetings with you the Client.

We can draw your Architectural plans, apply for and get Local Council Authority Building Consent and applicable Permits.
