What do you love most about your job?
The ability to be creative in making homes meet the requirements of the families who inhabit them. Houses and homes represent families; they promise security, refuge, comfort and delight. My job makes this happen in such an enjoyable, personal way!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am passionate about delivering on the expectations of all folks I work with: from clients, to consultants, to contractors, to councils. I really enjoy the challenge of establishing priorities and expectations for projects, then communicating them clearly to all participants so that collaboration is effortless.
I decided that the best way for me to achieve this was to start my own business which reflects my personal core values.

I am experienced in facilitating projects remotely, from distance. In these instances, good communication is imperative! Whether that is by facetime, phone call, email, or snail-mail, clarity builds trust by ensuring that we remain on the same page and that expectations are met.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have transitioned towards conducting more project relationships remotely so that folks I deal with are able to protect and maintain their personal safety. Clear and honest communication makes this easily achievable.
