I was initially very skeptical of Ian's approach to therapy, I'd tried a lot of mind over matter self-help online but with no real lasting results. Ian's helped dispelled a lot of my misgivings, his friendliness and approachability make him very accessible. His flexibility has really helped me work on my wellness in very difficult times. He's always willing to to explain why he uses his methods and techniques, which really puts me at ease . Can't recommend him enough if you are looking to start therapy or guided meditation and a little bit nervous about it.

My counsellor was patient and understanding. He was able to put me at ease during a very upsetting episode and used hypnotherapy to help me focus on getting to the source of my anxiety and how to use different methods of looking at situations to help myself going forward. I am very grateful
