Definitely some good food!

Don’t want to miss this in Fanual hall
Amazing food for at least the past 20 years. The price is still as amazing as the the food.
Absolutely the best food and Walter our bartender was awesome! Great service
We had a great waitress the food and margaritas were AWESOME!!
Good food, decent prices. Definitely try the fish tacos.
alimentos frescos,y muy sanos
The food was good and our waiter was great!
Love love love this place !! My favorite in Fanuel Hall. Well worth a trip any time!!
I stopped in there yesterday for lunch. They give you chips and salsa to munch on an they were very very very good, there was a good amount of vegetarian options which I was pleased with and the cocktails were great. The service was good and the food was pretty good. I did get the vegetarian tacos and they were a little bland, so wish they had seasoned it a bit more, my boyfriend mentioned to me his beans and rice were a little bland, but there was a bucket of sauces if we wanted it seasoned up more. The prices were good very fair and reasonable, especially for lunch. More...
If you’re looking for a late night meal, Zuma is your place. If you’re looking for a nice spicy crunchy set of chip and salsa, Zuma is your place. If you’re looking for delicious spicy wings and a beer to wash it down, Zuma is your place. Good customer service, a delicious entrée, nice atmosphere? You guessed it, Zuma is the place for all the above. As soon as I walked into Zuma I was greeted with a warm welcome and speedy service. The waiter I had for the late evening was very good and quick to inform me of what’s a very delicious meal. I could not make a decision on my own so I asked for advice and advice is what I received. I recommend the steak quesadilla entrée with wings for the appetizer. Muy bueno y muy caliente! The cheese on the quesadilla was just perfect. Steak, seasoned better than I expected. If you’re ever in need of a spicy yet stomach satisfying meal, than look no further than Zumas! More...
Good prices, lively crowd. Down in the basement but easy to find. Tacos were tasty.
Best chili in years. Fed the three of us for under $50...in Boston!
Our waiter was SO rude, but the food was amazing. It was cinco de mayo so we expected the wait to be long, but they had a very good system going. Overall an enjoyable experience, besides our less than ideal service. More...
Our reservation was ready. The service was much better than prior visits and the food was good as always!
The Buffalo Chicken Tacos Are Amazing! Shocked How Delicious They Were!

Good food, really loved the chips and salsa apps were very good
This restaurant is great. It seems like it would be a good place for a date. Also, the food’s good
Amazing the man behind the bar was amazing food is great!
It's pretty chilly in the Resturant. During the winter you have to wear a jacket. Foods pretty good but and drinks are okay as well. Overall average.
Great service! Manager was great and very helpful accommodating our party. All staff seemed truly engaged in their job.
Drinks and food are great. The Elote is my favorite pick. If you go during lunch hours make sure to ask for their lunch menu because they have great deals.
The staff is awesome, the food is great, atmosphere is comfortable and cozy.
We come here almost every time we are in Boston. We love that it's open late, and the seafood enchiladas are delicious!

I loved this place. Found it while walking through Fanueil Hall. Great decor. One of the best fish tacos I’ve ever had. My husband had a meat taco and that equally tasty. Free chips and salsa. They were just right. $5.50 Margarita. Good size. Great waitress. Really don’t have anything negative to say. Wish they were in Florida where I live. More...
Three of us had the fajitas and they were delicious!

I had just flew in from the D.C. Metro area, and was hungry, a friend who is familiar with Boston suggested Faneuil Hall... it was the first thing that made me think of Baltimore so we went in. Service was very fast and accurate and they had a smile on their faces the whole time. I will come back to this restaurant when I visit again. The food was incredible! Thank you guys and girls!!! I'll be honest i was looking at the menu and me being a chef I was a bit skeptical because of how many dishes there were and I'm a bit but picky when I go out to eat. Tex-mex is either good or bad no such thing as so-so and I have to say they nailed it kitchen and wait-staff were great for anyone that wants to mix it up More...
We went here for the first night of my bachelorette party before going out for drinks and dancing at the Bell in Hand. I highly recommend this restaurant as a pre-night out dinner place for anyone going out in the Fanueil Hall/financial district area.

Never disappointed always a perfect meal. Wonderful atmosphere pricing extremely reasonable. Highly recommend feeding here.
Great vibe! Loved the drinks and LOVED the music selection. Perfect service great food.
The tacos are cheap and incredible. I would definitely recommend this as a stop

We go here every time we come to Boston.. food and service has always been great and prices are pretty good too.
Excellent food and great service! Zumas is a "must" when downtown in Boston.
Love this spot for great tasting and good value Mexican food right in Fanieul Hall!
The fish tacos were delicious and it was all reasonably priced.
Good food, drinks and service reasonably priced. We prefer sitting in the bar area. Wish they offered flour tortillas along with corn.
The food and atmosphere was very nice, our waiter checked in several times, however I felt like she was rushing us to leave. The last time she came to check in and asked if we wanted anything else and we said no she brought our check and we were just having a conversation after all it was St. Patrick's Day. More...
Food and service were very good. Great little place to enjoy Tex mex cuisine.
The food is amazing at a cheap price! The margaritas are yummy too.

Great service, food, and prices. The guacamole was fabulous as was everything else we tried. Yummy margaritas too!
Great time had at Zuma for a birthday gathering - lovely food, tasty drinks and great company!

The place is pretty good stocked with spirits no matter what you need for a luqour quenching whether tequila, beer or whatever because you can bet they got it & the food is a mix of normal spots & Tex Mex style which do bit of TX & Mexico. I in this case had chicken fajitas with onions, peppers & lime & guacamole, beans, pico de gallo & rice (note no guacamole fr me) & the stuff was pretty good & they do good with non-alcoholic drinks too. It's affordable and the food was good. You can relax and enjoy the atmosphere. It's a great place to eat and have a good time.
I took my son and nine of his friends here for dinner after the Pax show. Our waiter did an amazing job dealing with a table of teenagers. The restaurant did not include the gratuity on the bill, but the service was so good, that I gave our waiter a 25% tip. Food came out quickly and was a great value for the money. Conveniently located near faneuil hall. More...
A little dark for midday, and music a bit loud for conversation, but the service was good and the Pescado Mazatlan was excellent!
Can't ever go wrong here. They're good at what they do. No frills. Good value. Food is fresh. Straight forward...not trying to reinvent the wheel. Good stuff
Great chips, salsa, and guac! I ordered the soft shell tacos they were delish! Oh, how could I forget! The margarita was awesome!!! I will definitely come back!
Waiter was excellent
My fiance and I come here a few times. It's great for $20 margarita pitchers (or $28 skinny margarita pitcher). I enjoyed the steak quesadilla and she got thespinach, tomato, and goat cheese quesadilla. We have also enjoyed the tacos and the fajitas in the past. Always have enjoyed our meals and the service. We had dinner around 9pm, Service was ok, but food was very good. The prices are amazing! for Mexican food, this is our favorite place to come.
Fantastic place, great service and menu. Prices are good.
Zuma is one of my favorite restaurants in the North End area. We live in the North End and frequent Zuma often. Great food and good atmosphere. Would go again
We had a fun waitress and good food. The seafood enchiladas were amazing. We had heavy luggage with us and noticed there was an elevator that can be used to get down to the restaurant instead of using the stairs. We didn't see it right away, but took it back up when we left. More...
The greatest fresh food with great service!!! We will be back again!!!!!!
Wonderful service and great food
I go to Zuma once a year to have my birthday lunch with a coworker and it never amazes and never disappoints. I had the chicken quesadilla and it's good and that's why I go.
Zuma handled our party of 8 easily, which is not easy to do. The food was good, much better than expected considering Zuma's location in touristy Faneuil Hall. We expected to pay MUCH more for lunch at Faneuil Hall. I would absolutely recommend Zuma to any tex-mex fans looking for a good meal in the city! More...
My favorite restaurant by far. Everything here is GREAT! From their $4 margaritas to their wide variety of hot sauces all the way to their spicy chili with green tomatoes. ALWAYS AMAZING! Jim the bartender was super attentive and we had a great conversation! This place has been a favorite of myself and my fiance's for a long time now. Would recommend it to anyone! More...
Excellent food and great Margaritas. We've had lunch and dinner here many times over the years, and the experience has been consistently good. The waitsfaff is always attentive and friendly. The location, in the lower level of the North Market building in Quincy Market, gets you away from the craziness at street level. I highly recommend Zuma to my friends and aqaintances. More...
Great for big groups and pitchers of margaritas
Awesome, great energy, and delicious food!
Zuma has great prices and good food. Nice place to go with a group of friends or family. Great location.
We had a reservation for 8:00, but our table wasn't ready until almost 8:30. We had a drink at the bar while we waited. The bartender wasn't very attentive. As soon as we got a table, our server was great, attending to all of our needs and even taking a group picture. The food came out quickly and was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised at our bill, only $100 for a party of six. Great place to start your night in faneuil hall. More...
I really like Zuma and I frequent there. It is a place I can go alone and sit at the bar, or to meet with friends. I really enjoy their food and their drinks.
My husband and I was on our way to Logan airport from central MA and wanted to get a meal in Boston before our flight. I used Opentable and found Zuma Tex-Mex. I can't to come back with the family. The food was outstanding and we had the best waitress. I had the spinach, tomatoes, and goat cheese quesadilla So good! My husband had a variety of taco, said the beef was the best. Need to mention that the salsa was amazing! More...
Second time eating at Zuma. Fantastic place with lovely friendy waiters. Great for family's. Tasty authentic food which is so reasonably priced and great cocktail list. Can't wait to go back!!!
We had an excellent dinner. Service was great, good was great, timing of service was perfect.....
The location is great! However, it is the authentic food, great service and margaritas that are to die for that sets Zuma apart.
I've been going to Zuma's for years and I love it there.
This was my second time going to Zuma and I loved it as much as the first time. Great atmosphere and character and fun environment! Location in Quincy Market/Faneuil Hall makes this a nice inexpensive spot to catch some delicious food and better drinks!Definitely will return in the future. More...
Zuma is always great. The only issue I had was that this time the A/C wasn't working properly so it was pretty hot in there. Other than that I loved my dining experience. More...
I have visited on multiple occasions and had a great time. The menu has amazing things to choose from. The staff is always friendly. A great place to eat!
Lovely food and beverages that are reasonably priced. This is a regular spot for my friends and I to go and have great food without breaking the bank. Amazing place for a tourist area! Love it. More...
I went there on cinco de mayo - the crowd was moderate, but I was there at an earlier time (5:30PM), it definitely started to fill in as the night went on. I had a cactus bowl, because I don't do margaritas and it was delish! Unfortunately the last one I had had too much lime juice and I couldn't drink it... The chips and salsa they bring out are great, the chips aren't too salty and the salsa was quite flavorful. For my entree I got the Juarez Burrito which was nothing shy of amazing. The beef inside was wonderful for a burrito, it tasted like it was short rib meat! It was tender and easy to eat. All in all this was a great meal! Our server was on point as well, attentive but not overbearing and served us well! More...
I loved that I could make reservations for 7pm on a Saturday night for 5 people! Food and drinks were great and reasonably priced!
Love Zuma: beyond reasonable pricing (even for Boston) and really great house margaritas. Went there for my birthday celebration and the staff was accommodating and friendly.
I always love Zuma, especially with a big group of people! My whole party from out of town loved the food, margarita's and the cheap bill for so many. Thanks again!
Went out Saturday night for cousin's big 40 birthday. Group of 10. Did not make reservations ahead of time. After trying several restaurants with loooong waits, used OpenTable for reservations. Good to decent food. Guacamole was good, ribs had good flavor but were a little dry. Best part was that they had room for a large group. Worst part was the $35 parking fee for an hour and a half of parking. More...
It was great to be able to bring my three teenage boys out and not break the bankThe Christmas lights were gorgeous and the food was terrific - tons of it- at a great price - I would highly recommendAlso - I got the four dollar margarita which was good - they tried to talk me into the more expensive but it was just fine for me.I got the fajita - yummy
We had a reservation for dinner on a Sunday evening. Our table was ready when we arrived. Great selection on the menu which included pitchers of margaritas. Food was hot and tasty. Service was a little slow, but that's OK, we enjoyed ourselves. More...
Burrito was excellent, fajitas were spot on/. Margaritas were not too bad either!
I work in the area and took one of my team out for lunch....Great place!
Went there for the first time for a girls night out. The location is perfect and the ambiance was fabulous! We all can't wait to return for another reasonable, great meal! More...

Had a great meal here on a busy Saturday night! We had about 13 in our group. They were able to accommodate us well!
Great staff and great food
Went to dinner Saturday night at 5pm since we were taking a Harbor Cruise at 8pm. 1/2 price apps from 4 to 6 with the order of a $4 or higher drink. Margaritas started at $4. They also offer Margarita pitchers. We ordered about 5 different apps to share. There was sooo much food I actually said to the waiter why didn't you tell me we were ordering too much food. Dinner for 2 with drinks on a Saturday night in Faneuil Hall - $35. How can you beat that? More...
We place our food order before we arrived and it worked out great. Sometime when we have a large party (6) we don't always get our food and have a chance to eat it in the 1 hour lunch we have. This was fantastic. We had our drinks within 5 minutes of being seated and our food within a few minutes after that. This made lunch so much easier I know we will choose Zuma's more often. More...
I liked it, the perfect place to catch up with old friends.
Super fun, great place to get drinks. Though you may be tempted to go for the cheapest pitcher of margarita's on the menu, the extra few dollars you throw down are well worth it. Love!
really good good, very pleasant service in a cozy setting. get the mixed combo platter.
For a Saturday night, it wasn't too busy. Comfortable setting. The service, as always, was really great. Zuma has good drinks and food, isn't too expensive and is convenient to get to.
My son wanted Mexican food so we found Zuma Tex Mex on line. We had very low expectations and were pleasantly surprised. It is a small, intimate restaurant located in Fanueil Hall. Our waitress was very attentive and immediately brought chips and salsa to out table. The chips were very thin and light. They were the best chips I have ever had at a restaurant. The food was great and exactly what we expected. More...
We had a 21st birthday party and it was perfect. GoodFood at a good value. Great margaritas! And we could be loud and have fun.
Located right in the hear of Quincy Market. Moderately priced and well prepared food. Not an overabundance served at lunch, but not really needed. Our server Allison was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Thanks for the recommendation on the Margarita, it was fantastic. Only glitch was that she rang up the wrong amount which was much less than what we had purchased. Music was a bit loud for some lunchtime conversation. This is a better choice for some good Tex Mex, instead of the basic burger type, touristy eateries that many choose. More...
Lots of good food at a great price
We were a group of 11 and worried we'd be a handful for our server but she was amazing! Totally attentive w/out being in our faces, offered suggestions for apps and pointed out gratuity was included (but we gave her extra as she deserved it). Great spot for a large group (there were several there) and lots of (inexpensive) options for food. My spinach, tomato and goat cheese quesadilla was so delicious. I can't wait to go back. More...
Zuma's food is always amazing. From the fresh salsa and chips, to the beef tacos, you can't go wrong!
Finding a decently priced, kid-friendly restaraunt on a Friday night in Boston sounds like a tall order. Hopped on Open Table to see what was available and Zuma hit the right buttons. We were seated right away, our server came to the table within moments of seating. Drinks arrived promptly. The portions are HUGE, so great for a group. We actually ordered way too much and ended up taking most of it home. One tip: don't fill up on the chips and salsa placed on the table, they are delicious, but will fill you right up! I ordered the vegetarian feast, which contained enough food to feed three of me. My husband had the Cajun Combination Fajitas. He also had a massive plate. Two thumbs up from him on taste. More...
nice and cozy basement location in Harvard Square. Reasonable prices, tasty food and generous portions. A good value.

Fun atmosphere! Great Margaritas! Very reasonably priced for a good time!
Great quick sit-down business lunch spot.
The food and drinks are fantastic and the service is always friendly and prompt even on busy nights such as New Year's Eve when it can be really hectic. It's a cozy atmosphere bordering on a little cramped depending on where you're seated but that's standard for many Fanueil Hall restaurants. The steak fajitas are highly recommended! More...
Wishing the margaritas were as good as their salsa...Thanks.
Great tex mex, truly defines the combination of influences from north and south of the border that make tex-mex what it is.
Food was outstanding! We will definitely be returning when we visit Boston again!
Went here on a Sunday night for the first time with 2 friends..it really is a hidden gem! I've been going to Quincy Market/Fanueil Hall for years but never had heard of Zuma but was glad I discovered it. I ordered 3 a la cart tacos and I have to say the brisket taco was amazing! We all got margaritas for $4 each. You'd think that being cheap they tasted to match the price but they were delicious! I will definitely be going back! More...
As usual Zuma didn't disappoint. A long-time favorite of mine since I lived in Boston years ago, and now when visiting. Many Quincy Market venues are simply geared to the tourists. This is not true of Zuma. Although the tourists are here, the restaurant is a favorite of locals as well. Stop by have a cold beer or great Margarita or Sangria, warm chips with their salsa, and some really good mexi-grub. More...
Good food and service for a fast casual place. We will diffidently be back the next time we are in Boston.
Great empanadas and margaritas!
Our food was excellent, large servings!Server was amazingI was in from Nyc for one night and didn't want somewhere stuffy, this was the right choice.
Friendly service; too much food!
Zuma has very good tex-mex food. I've always had great food and they have amazing margaritas.
Great for large parties! Food was excellent! Came for my birthday and had a blast! I give the Traditional Margaritas a BIG thumps up!
I was surprised to find good Tex-Mex in Boston. I had the fajitas and they were very good. The only thing I was surprised about was that living in Texas the last 40 years I'm used to having rice and refried beans with every Tex-Mex meal, but refried beans were not on the menu. The pinto beans they had were fine, but I prefer refried. All in all, very good Tex-Mex! More...
This was my first time at Zuma's and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I had to wait for my guest and they seated me anyway and brought me munchies to occupy my time. The food was great and having lived in California for 4 years I am very picky about mexican dishes. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and would definitely go back again. I have recommended Zuma's to my friends. More...

What a GREAT LITTLE PLACE. This was our first time eating here and FOR SURE, WE WILL BE BACK. From the service (which was GREAT), to the chips and salsa that are complementary (FRESH salsa and GREAT) to our lunches (Enchiladas Rojo, shreaded beef with rice and beans, Juarez Burrito, big pieces of chicken, tons of cheese with a spicey chili sauce also served with rice and beens, Zuma Burrito everything you ever wanted in a burrito plus french fries INSIDE) OUTSTANDING from start to finish. Thought I would be turned off when I saw it was downstairs in a building...never even entered my mind once I entered. THIS WAS A GREAT LUNCH...GREAT SERVICE, LARGE PORTIONS OF GREAT FOOD and VERY WELL PRICED!!! WE WILL BE BACK, THANKS More...
very good texmex food, moderate price
Service was terrific - waitress friendly and attentive, even though you could tell she was very busy. Homemade natcho chips were fantastic - we ate so many we couldn't eat our dinner. Kids menu was terrific - good choices and outstanding price! Only downside - fish burritos arrived at the table barely warm (yuck) - sent back - returned steaming hot. Also, was not a big fan of the guac. dip (which normally I love) - maybe too much lemon Last but not least - yummy margarita! Overall great experience and would absolutely go back! More...
We came in for lunch - it was a great meal for a great price. The food tasted fresh and flavorful. It was great to munch on chips and salsa before our meals came out.
We went here for lunch to celebrate a colleague's birthday. The lunch menu is a fantastic bargain, and the lunch margaritas (huge drinks) were a steal. If you're looking for fine dining and fancy ambience, this isn't it. It has your typical Mexican-flavored decor, chips and salsa for the table, etc. Considering the number of overpriced restaurants in and around Fanueil Hall, this is a great deal. I would go here over any of the Quincy Market foodstands any day! Also, our server was fantastic, especially since the four of us arrived at different times. He was attentive without hovering, and he even brought my colleague a free dessert since we'd mentioned we were out for her birthday. We are already planning our next visit! More...
Food was very very good and HUGE portions. Waiter was very nice and helpful!!
Server was so patient with us. We arrived at different times, service was seamless.
1/2 price appetizers equals A LOT of really good food for an excellent price! I didn't know about this place until recently but I will definitely be back!
Margaritas seemed a little pricey, but the food was great and inexpensive, so it all evened out in the end. We had a large group and service was great. Felt very comfortable and didn't feel rushed at all. Pros - tequila samples before we even sat down and huge portions of great food. Cons - the pork chili appetizer is really more of a dip than chilli and the Melon margarita tasted like Windex. The other flavors (and we sampled almost all of them) were good. More...
Just went for tapas and drinks, but sangria was delicious, and service was great!
Best Mexican Food I have ever had! Great prices. You get a lot of food for the price :)
Our server was great, friendly, & patient, your unusual traits for a person from Boston. I'm a NY'er Boston overall restaurant waiter(ess) are rude overall. Everything is made FRESH, so it takes a lil longer to get your food, but well worth it, not greasy, not saltyMargaritas are made fresh with fresh ingrediants. More...

Zumas was one of the few places that was able to accomodate a group of our size on such a busy day, Sat, V-day! Very awesome for that alone! Food is great, fun place to dine!
One of the only Mexican restaurants in the downtown Boston area, the food and service are consistently good. They are also helpful with gluten sensitivity.
