This is my favorite restaurant in Kalamazoo! My boyfriend and I have been coming here almost every weekend for a couple years now. Everything on the menu is amazing, and it is super affordable. My favorites are the hummus, lentil soup, and chili fry. The staff is amazing, friendly, and helpful. This place’s food might be a little intimidating at first, especially since it’s so different from midwestern cuisine, but don’t let that scare you away! The servers will give you recommendations and help you navigate through the menu. There are some very affordable sample platters that allow you to sample a little bit of everything from the menu. Additionally, this place is amazing if you are vegetarian or vegan! They have many items available that cater to both needs.
