Fantastic Work, Company retreat. Upscale. knock your socks off views! the whole place was amazing loved the kitchen and plenty of space for breakout seasons. Clean and spacious with stocked kitchen including coffees teas cocos. It was really nice to arrive to. The host was very easy to work with, good communication. We will book this again in near future. Incredible time at Zinntopia!! Came here with a large group for our annual thanksgiving retreat for the 2nd time. Wonderful owners who are dedicated to providing a great time for their guests. Gracious, understanding and even dropped off champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! Bonus was the restaurant grade kitchen and additional fridge space downstairs and several pull out beds. Fantastic Property, Rented for Work Retreat. Close to town, but feels unplugged, Wi-Fi worked well, cell phone reception. sparkling clean and the Views, oh the views were phenomenal . Nicely furnished not the typical vacation rental generic furnishings,, plenty of towels, dishes etc. very thoughtful touches. fun photo props too, they even real knifes in the chefs kitchen. Excellent! We went wine touring at nearby wineries (Woodinville) and a day trip to Seattle Pike Place Market and Seattle center. As for Zinntopia This place was actually better than the Photos! I Love the FirePit, The Kitchen was right out of a magazine, fully stocked with everything we needed. The Rooms are enormous, Light and Bright. The Dining rom has a really big long solid table that was really nice and hand painted murals. We really enjoyed the stay. Host was very friendly and quick to respondif you are looking for a great vacation rental, don't miss out on this one. I would recommend it without hesitation. Next time we will book for longer stay. There was a group of about 30 of us and we had plenty of space with extra twin rollaways provided. The kitchen space is big and the furniture is very nicely set out for a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. There is a beautiful outdoor fireplace built with multiple chair swings that make the beautiful nights blaze with fire in a quiet and peaceful area. The view was just incredible! The home is on a big hill in the city of Monroe, WA, and it has a open view of the beautiful nature our God created! Highly recommend it! Book it today! Amazing place and view! Very spacious! Hosted my wedding here and I would strongly encourage others to do the same. The venue is perfect for groups both inside and out. The hosts were EXTREMELY prompt and responsive when trying to coordinate details and the house was more than equipped with things like outlets, storage spaces, etc. One of my favorite things about Zinntopia is the kitchen and catering facilities. It was so easy for the catering staff to prep, cook, plate, and serve food with the industrial stove and oven, prep kitchen right off the main kitchen, catering fridges in the garage and easy access to the outside spaces from the house. We rent this place for our annual club celebration and I LOVE THIS PLACE. The view around the house is fantastic, and you can watch the sunrise so beautiful.
