I called up Joe for a very small job to repair some flashing on the roof.  He gave a fair price and got the work done quickly.  He also alerted me that my windows were in desperate need of caulking and that it was work I should have done before the winter.  I agreed with him and had him do the additional work.  Five days later I get a call from Joe.  On another job he did, the caulk had started to peel away from the window.  He was calling me to see if he could stop by the house and see if the job he did for me needed to be redone.  He suspects the batch of caulk might have been bad.  I should mention this is a tenant occupied house.  Joe knew this.  He could have easily just assumed I would not have noticed (I likely wouldn't have).  Joe is a guy who stands behind his work and makes it right, even if it is at additional cost to him.  That's not something you can say about most contractors.  Integrity is priceless.  I won't be calling anyone else for home repairs moving forward. Huge shout out to ZBC.  Joe Zajko, owner.   I live in East Falls and contacted Joe to do some work around our house while we were on vacation.  Joe and his crew did an AMAZING job.  Joe came out, gave an estimate and we worked out a perfect time that worked for my family.  As we worked thru the several projects, Joe took the time to walk us thru the process, cost and kept me updated thru the entire project.  The house was spotless when I came home and the work was even better than I imagined.  While working at our house, Joe noticed some things that needed repair.  He asked me to call him when I was ready.... no pressure.  When I called I also had another list and asked to change some lighting fixtures and repairs that were noticed.  I called, he came down and his crew did it again.  Great job and great price.  I also have asked Joe for other reference for things he didn't repair (our heater and railing).  Call Joe at ZBC for your next repair!!  I am 110% happy with all the work he and his crew did at my house and I started a new list for Joe More...

Joe did an amazing job fixing our ceiling in our condo in Manayunk after it was damaged from a roof leak. 20 foot ceilings and they look like they were never damaged!
