The food was what was expected, so no complaints. I originally ordered the new fillet sandwich meal for my brother and was met with a threatening statement of "we're out of egg rolls, so you're not getting one with your meal". DANG...how about, I'm sorry, were out of egg rolls. Would you like extra fries OR SOMETHING...HAHAHA.After my laughter subsided, I asked if I could have the Southern chicken sandwich meal instead, with a sweet tea The cashier responds, you mean the TLC Sure, I say. "Is there more than one Southern chicken sandwich " She then says with more attitude, "and we're out of sweet tea today". More laughter on my part, that this is the person chosen to interact with customers. Do you happen to have Cherry Coke, I ask She replies, yes. Great, I say. Make it Cherry Coke please. I order two, 4 piece meals and two house salads. $40 later, I'm taking 5 meals back to the famished. More...

At first, we were very displeased when we arrived home after driving 15 minutes to find our order was incomplete. We ended up leaving 2 of our family at home to drive back, thinking of cold chicken to greet us after all of the rigmarole. We were not happy when we walked into that door, but A.J. , the manager, made it right for us. We could tell he was a caring individual and he know what to do to get us smiling again.
