After a long drive and some last minute errands, a Zaxby Zalad was very filling and hit the spot. I ordered the Blue-Buffalo option to go. There is the perfect amount of crumbled blue cheese, fried chicken pieces dipped in buffalo sauce, lettuce, and tomatoes. I'm not even a tomato person. Great customer service!! Two nights in a row we have come. First night the food was wrong and our server made sure to make it herself and fresh with extra fries for our inconvenience. The chicken fingers were super flavorful for a fast food variety and the whole meal was hot and fresh. It was our first time at Zaxby's as we're from Northern Illinois and we love it! If I had to summarize my review with just a few words, I'd say good food for an okay price. But of course, I'm going to give y'all more than that! I've been to this Zaxby's multiple times. Usually, I utilize the drive-thru, which provides efficient service. I feel like Zaxby's has made some changes like increasing prices and providing smaller water cups, but the food is consistently good. The employees are normally polite. They are  no Chick-fil-A, but their service is way better than what I normally get at Popeye's. The few times I've gone inside, it has always been clean. The service was good as well. It was my first visit . I have been waiting forever to coming to Zaxby's so I finally I stopped in I got the zak snak box it was delicious and so was the sauce I also liked that the resteraunt was clean not dirty and everyone was busy with customers :-)

I LOVE Zaxby's! Been going since they opened. it's a throwback to when I lived in Alabama. However, I've been to this location many times, and 9 out of 10 times the service was horrible. I can think of one sweet old lady that would walk around busting tables, who was always kind, but every other person I've dealt with has been a little on the cranky, I hate my job side. I understand. Sometimes public service sucks, but dang put a smile on and just deal. I personally prefer Zaxbys to Chic Fil A but would rather go to Chic Fil A cause the service is so much better. Cobb Salad from Zaxby's is so good! Â It is a HUGE salad for the price! Â It was suppose to come with bacon, but I couldn't find it anywhere on the salad. We stopped in for lunch after church. First I was surprised how clean it restaurant was including the bathrooms. We were promptly greeted by the manager and orders taken, I ordered the Blue Zalad $7. 99 with blackened chicken. I wasn't really expecting a lot but this salad was delicious. Almost more than I could eat.My partner got the chicken finger sandwich meal $6.49. He said it was also delicious and he raved about the crispy fries. He is really picky about fries being crispy so he was a happy camper. He seriously thought about leaving with an order to take home but changed his mind because he was full by the time we finished.Zaxbys has very reasonably priced food and a large amount. I think I'm becoming the official chicken wing reviewer. I've always seen Zaxby's around but never got to try it. Wings are decent. I'd get them with sauces and dips on the side, because the wings come out crispy hot and not greasy. Although I do love a traditional wet buffalo wing. Sides were good.
