Whatever your goals are, I will come up with a plan to achieve them and help you implement it. Sessions usually focus on strength training, but depending on your needs they will be adjusted.

Educating them, pushing them, motivating them, helping them to learn and apply all that it takes to improving one's health. And by being an example they can emulate.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
First of all, being healthy is much more important than looking healthy. Do you care about your health more than your looks, because the people you see on magazine covers may not. Are you going to go the route of taking all kinds of supplements, many of which you have no idea of what they will do long term? Or will you dedicate yourself to making fitness part of your life, and take the time to do things properly? This will help keep you in the healthiest state possible, and help you look your best naturally too.
What do you love most about your job?
Getting to help people improve their health while doing something that I really enjoy, which is exercise.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to serve people directly, instead of through a middle man.

I always make extra time for people and try to help them understand that improving health is a long term process that takes a lot of time and effort.
Personal Training
I provide in-home, office, outdoor, and apartment gym personal training. I can help you with weight loss, fat loss, building muscle, toning up, improving flexibility, or any fitness goal that you may have.
Online personal training
I can meet with you over Skype if you live further away, or if you prefer this method anyway.
Written Workout Programs
After getting your fitness and exercise background, I can write you workouts for you to do on your own. This can be week to week, every so often, or just once. Workouts will be emailed to you, and then you can always ask question if you need to and I will provide answers and support.
