I personally believe that in all places, that there can be improvement. We are always striving foward. I hope that they take more time to focus on this tiny location and see it grow. Many IMPORTANT and valuable people have left: clients, staff, trainers, and members. This could have been avoided if people's voices were heard rather than ignored. However, the choices have been made and so now the consequences will follow. I hope that they learn from the past and will head towards a better future just like the people whom have left. More...

I’ve been to this gym for about a year now and have not any problems at all. The staff here is extremely friendly and are always willing to help with whatever needs you have. It’s affordable and has all that you need regarding weights and the types of lifts/exercises that interest you. There are class sessions throughout the week and on Saturday mornings as well that I go to and really enjoy. They are orchestrated pretty well. Definitely makes going to the gym refreshing especially if you feel like you’ve been doing the same lifts over and over again. Not only do they have great class sessions throughout the week, but personal trainers as well to help you guide you to your fitness goals. I’ve been doing personal training here for about 3 months and man has it changed my prospective on lifting, nutrition, mentally, and much more. I have always been embarrassed going into gyms. The past gyms I have been a member of I always felt like I was being judged by other members and the staff. I’m also not in the best shape, but this has never been an issue here. No matter what time of day I go to this Youfit I always feel comfortable. I have never been judged. Members are always so welcoming and the staff is beyond excellent. There is nothing better than leaving after a stressful day of work and being greeting by the happy smiles of the staff at this gym. I have been a member of this gym going on a full year now. I have NEVER had to wait for a machine or piece of equipment. I won’t name other gyms in the area, but I felt like I always had to wait for machines and equipment at them. So much to where I had to alter my workout. At this Youfit you never have to worry. Cleanliness is also something I look for in gyms. This place is spotless. The bathrooms, showers, locker rooms, and machines all stay clean. You can actually see the staff cleaning throughout the day. It’s awesome. Bottom line, this gym is the best. You don’t just get a membership here. You join part of a community. My tiny apartment complex gym wasn't enough to get in a decent workout, so I joined YouFit Alpharetta at the end of 2018 to have access to more equipment. It was a bit of a surprise when I walked in one day, and the strength training machines had been replaced with a huge TRX rack, kettlebells, tanks and sandbags. I had never used any of this equipment before and was unsure what to do with it. I admit I was hesitant at first but decided to stay and give it a chance… and I'm so glad I did! After taking one of Nick's Saturday morning classes I was HOOKED. I absolutely loved it! Alesha’s awesome evening classes were just as challenging and have really helped get me back on track. Not only have I added all kinds of new exercises to my workout routines but it broke me out of a years long fitness rut. After doing the same set of exercises over and over without making any progress, working out has actually become fun (and effective) again. If you’ve ever hit a plateau you know exactly what I’m talking about. I’ve also been fortunate enough to meet a group of wonderfully supportive individuals in the classes. I was never much of a fan of group sessions, but this has changed my opinion drastically. The entire group encourages one another to push a bit harder, and it makes all the difference when you feel your energy waning. We are a little family now with room to grow. It always makes me happy whenever I see a new face in the class. In the six months I’ve been a member, YouFit has become my new happy place. I like the installation of the TRX jungle, the sleds, the boot camp classes, and trainers. I would like to see leg curl and leg extension stations without having to configure the option myself. Beyond that, this gym guarantees a full body workout, and you leave feeling accomplished. Great gym! Great price and some great equipment. They have a lot of cardio equipment along two walls, a stretching area, a free weight section (with free bench and squat racks), and they repurposed the center area for a CrossFit style HIT workout. It's cheap ($10 a month after initial fees) and it has the necessary things from cardio to free weights (like squat racks, flat bench, and incline bench press) that you'd want. Nothing fancy. If you want to tone, you can.If you want to get big, you can without having to pay a butt ton for places like crossfit.*Note: the squat rack is not one of those competitive ones where you can throw the weight down and make a bunch of noise. This is the cleanest gym we have ever worked out at. To the staff who works their butt off everyday cleaning, we see you do it! THANK YOU! To the staff who greets you with a smile, learns your name and wishes a good workout - THANK YOU! Such a positive way to start. To the staff that struts around and acts like others are in their way, maybe strut a little less and smile more, interact with members. Might help people to ask for training advice. Personally, I do wish it had a few tanning beds for winter season.....However, the price is more than reasonable for the facility and great equipment available. Worth it! Still deserves 5 Stars. Youfit is a fantastic place to work out. The staff is friendly and quickly recognizes the regulars. The gym is clean and normally not crowded except at 8am and 6pm. Good layout for machines, plenty of free weights and a decent amount of space for the price. The only thing I wished they changed would be more squat racks (only two) and more calf machines.
