In May of 2017, my sis was down in Miami celebrating her bday. I wanted to surprise her with flowers. After a bit of trial and error of searching for delivery companies, I discovered Yosvi Flowers. The staff was incredibly helpful! I wanted everything to be a total surprise, so I asked that the flowers be delivered early in the morning. My sis wasn't available at the time of initial delivery, so Yosvi Flowers came back within the hour for a second delivery! THey communicated every detail with me throughout the process. I had the most amazing experience with Herbert (who I think he and his wife own this florist, not sure) anyway, I called him on Friday February 10th (Weekend of Valentines) for flowers for a funeral service for Sunday. .... He immediately helped me and they made the most beautiful arrangements for us! So impressed, communication was great, they allowed me to text the message we wanted on the card and he texted me the pictures of the flowers (which were beautiful) and when delivery was completed! Yosvi is one of the best places I've ever done business with. I can honestly say I am very satisfied with the way they handled my arrangements. I had three deliveries out on the same day and all of them arrived on time, and I got a confirmation email for each of them.
