I’ve been working with a trainer, Nicholas, since July. He’s very patient but also he challenges me to use proper form and try more weight. So as a result I have steadily improved. I no longer dread my sessions as I’ve gained confidence in my ability thanks to Nicholas’s encouragement and feedback. I highly recommend this Y. I would recomend the Silver Sneakers Classic, this class can help you in so many ways to get and help you stay active. The instructor Carrie makes exercising fun, and she is very helpful in showing you the right way to do exercises to keep you safe. It's a fun way to get in shape. This place has everything you need....I have been a member of different gyms in the past and they are all overpriced, but not the YMCA it has everything for the whole family, it’s very clean and offers a huge variety for all ages! Had a great time at the YMCA this evening 20 minutes on the rowing machine 10 minutes on the bicycle machine and four laps in the pool I’ve never felt better it’s a whole lot better than sitting watching TV so if you’re thinking about it let me help you push you over the edge join the YMCA!!!!!!!!!!
