I am the proud Great Uncle of the newborn. My niece just had a baby boy less than a week ago and we wanted to capture the moment of his first 10 days. We are a bit far removed as they live in Philadelphia and we live in Miami. But Jon was amazing, he set us up to pay on PayPal. He was very informative, very accommodating, very easy to talk to, my niece said she felt well taken care of and safe. Jon has excellent customer service skills. He also has excellent command of his craft utilizing lighting to his advantage with creative props and camera angles. Overall great job and wonderful experience. Wonderful to work with! Always answered my emails by the next day, when ever I had question. Very easy to work with and felt comfortable around. I had a large bridal party (16) and was very professional called everyone by their first name. We have a 3yr old son who didn't want to smile in many pictures but John never gave up to keep trying to get a good one. Which we finally got at the end of the night! John was great to work with from the very moment we met him! He always answered my e-mails and phone calls right away. John and Maria are the best! They were extremely patient, fun, and professional! We had a bridal party of 20 people and it was one of the coldest days in January and John and Maria didn't disappoint! They made sure we were comfortable at all times and made our day go smoothly.
