Came in to order my girlfriend some flowers, was welcomed with very friendly employees and a wonderful atmosphere. The book that lets you see what you want does not do this store justice. Having used online services previously and being less than thrilled, I decided to do what's recommended and try a local florist (I am from San Antonio but am a longtime NYC resident). I looked at the web site, saw an arrangement that I liked but was a bit more than I wanted to spend, and called. Adriana was very friendly and helpful, confirming that she could do something for less that would still be attractive (primarily by using a smaller vase and fewer flowers). And I am very happy with the results - my mother isn't a good photo taker but I saw the arrangement over FaceTime and can confirm what others have said - the actual results look better than the photo I was going from, whereas my prior experience has been the reverse!
