I would have liked to give this place five stars because my children and the adults that attended the event that was held their loved it so much however the staff that was there that day provided some incorrect information regarding pricing and it took a while to be resolved. Once I was able to speak to the owner Rajiv, to resolve the matter, I felt more relieved. He was very pleasant to speak with on the phone and genuinely wanted to make things right. It really is a fun place for both children and adults and the pricing is fair. The host that assisted our event did an excellent job so we tipped him very generously. I like that I can just go in with the birthday cake and decorations and the staff & hosts takes care of the rest. I felt the place was kept as clean as they could because it is just one of those places that requires a lot of upkeep and hard to keep up with just like a home filled with children and toys. We highly recommend this location for the ample amount of parking and spaciousness however I cannot stress enough to triple check your receipt and the list of jumpers but actually jumps that day and make sure you get all the correct pricing information by the right person that is on duty or in charge or you might have to jump through some hoops to get any incorrect charges resolved. We have visited XFactor for several kids birthday parties and always have had a great time. The staff is very attentive and the facilities are greatly enjoyed by the kids.

Great place for kids and family fun. Plenty to do for all ages, even our toddler enjoyed bouncing. Our 6 year old did everything from the ninja course to the dunk area. We even played some dodgeball. Of course, there is also an arcade area with some racing games and a consession stand for refreshments. Our kids loved the bounce house area with big blow up slides. Oddly enough, on a saturday the place was pretty empty so that gave the smaller kids freedom to bounce wherever and not get in the way of bigger kids. Lots of staff on hand to ensure children are playing safe and bouncing correctly. The safety videos playing on the multiple tvs are both informative and silly. One note about the safety videos is that they are captioned, but I would recommend visuals with the "X" for kids who cannot read. For example a picture of the stick man diving with a big red "X". My 6 year old struggled to read all the words, but really we parents are ultimately responsible for our children's safety. Great place! A+! More...

I visited it at night, it's very cool, they turn off normal lights and turn on the neon lights. Children and adults enjoy themselves in the same way.

Great to go to the XFactor trampoline park, especially for Elementary/Middle Schoolers, but keep in mind that it's more of a one or two time location, otherwise it gets a bit boring.
