I'm sure you're slammed right now, but yesterday when I tried to beat the rush, I received amazing service and friendly smiles. Employees were knowledgeable, to the point, helpful and produced a great product. I love that I can get local Abdullah Candies at my local flower shop. Boy, do I have the happiest wife today! I ordered flowers from them for my best friends service and was very unhappy , they didn`t do what we asked at all, I asked for a single rose colored rose to put in the center of my arrangemement it wasn't done. There was a reason I asked for this to be done.They ruined the whole meaning behind the flowers. Also the other arrangement we ordered wasn`t even close to what we asked for. I WON`T BE USING THEM EVER AGAIN AND HOPE ANYONE ELSE USING THEM DOESN`T GET THEIR HEARTS BROKEN BY THEM LIKE WE DID. We have used Woodlane over the years for special occasions and sympathy plants. I was unable to find a florist in Minneapolis who could take a short notice order for a sympathy plant before Christmas. I called Woodlane and they were very pleasant and helpful - I had my plant ordered and set for delivery in 2 days. The recipient of the plant was very pleased with how beautiful the Bromeliad was. I received a surprise bouquet from a group of friends on a day I really needed it. It is a short but perfectly shaped arrangement with hydrangea, lilies, gerbera daisies and a couple of other adorably bright and happy flowers that truly made my day. I forgot the owner's name but he was sooo pleasant, compassionate, and understanding. I live in Hawaii so I wasn't able to visit my mother who was in the hospital. The morning after, I ordered flowers from Telefloral (which I will never use again) to be sent to my mother at the hospital that same day. The flowers never arrived and no one bothered to call to inform me that the flowers were not delivered because my mother was in ICU. I called the hospital in the morning to verify that my mother was now able to receive flowers and called the company back but they said I called too late and they can't deliver until the next day. Extremely upset that they wouldn't help me at all I cancelled the order. I decided to go online and just google any florist in Woodbury and came across Woodlane Flowers. When the owner picked up that phone I immediately asked him if he was still able to deliver and he said, "yes". Then I told him my story and he kindly told me that he would have the flowers delivered within the hour. I was just grateful that he LISTENED to my needs and took great care of me.The huge tulip arrangement he recommended was just gorgeous and my mother was pleasantly surprised to find them in her hospital room when she got back from her short walk.
