A great website is something that attracts Users to stay on the page and potentially click on a call-to-action. Whether it be filling out a form, calling a phone number, or purchasing an item, a great website allows Users to easily navigate and complete their objective.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
First, I'd like to know more about there business or idea. I think by understanding the clients passion is important helping them reach there goals. Secondly, I ask what there purpose is for the business? Is it money, helping others, provide information, etc...
I did not start this company to just do jobs or services for people, I created this company to build relationships and stand side-by-side with my clients on their journey.
Describe your creative process.
This could take a while. But, to summarize it, every successful project springs from a well-thought out plan. Putting a little time, in the beginning, to put strategies in place ensures maximum ROI. We are extremely results-oriented and want to make sure that whatever we develop for you will produce the results you've been waiting for.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
It really depends on the project at hand and what the client is needing.
For example, if we are building a website for you, we need your domain or we can purchase one for free. Then we would need some examples of websites you like, color scheme, the purpose of the site, and if you have any special feature requests. If your needing SEO services, we simply need your URL, Website Access, and Keyword Phrases you would like for us to rank your site for.
What do you love most about your job?
CUSTOMERS! This was the core goal in starting up this company. We felt like customer service was becoming lower on companies priorities. From restaurants to the doctors office, it's more about quantity than quality. We like to learn about your company, why you created it, and where you want to take it. A lot of our clients are on a first named basis due to the amount of time we talk with our clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My grandfather and father. My grandfather started his small business over 60 years ago. My dad worked for him at an early age and helped the business grow successfully for many years. One thing I learned by working there was the customer service they provided. It was common for customers to come by the shop and sit with them and talk. They talked about family, business, and told stories.
That to me is what customer service is! With seeing that, I think businesses do not promote that anymore and we get away from really understanding our clients.

I believe Top Customer Service and Great Quality is what any person wants. We provide both of those qualities and can provide proof to back up our work. I won't say we are the cheapest in the world, but our prices are below the industry average and offer discount incentives to our clients.
