What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing an idea or a dream of someone come to life. I feel like I help small business owners unlock a new level in their business by giving them back the time to focus on the things that bring them the most joy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own small business journey right out of high school about 17 years ago working at a local restaurant. I quickly moved up to a store manager, and got to see first hand how much goes into running a small business, in addition to what it feels like to have to meet payroll. I loved the challenge of solving the problems we faced, and examining the data behind those issues. This led me back to school where I received my degree in Accounting.
I begun working as a bookkeeper, where I instantly saw that most owners would get overwhelmed with keeping track of their numbers. It was common to see these owners not have a clear process in dealing with the many accounting needs that faced their business.
It was not until my wife and I opened our own clothing boutique that I realized why this happen to small business owners: When you get going on your business, your tasked with wearing all the hats. You are the marketing/branding manager, accounting manager/CFO, and you are in charge of logistics; however, time is a limited resource. We found ourselves wanting to do it all, and loosing focus on the thing that drives the most value to our customers. In addition to the limited amount of time we had as a small business owner, we lacked the cash flow to invest in help. Hiring CPAs, marketing consultants, and coaches was an extremely expensive for our little business.
I made it my mission to learn more about the tools available to help us with our problems, and I learned more than I even imagined. My journey led me to taking courses on marketing, social media, I found tools to help with branding, I started building websites using the amazing tools online, and I kept track of all my task using some incredible project management applications. I begun integrating these programs, and developed process to easily help other small business owners.
Now I feel called to create a solution for other small business owners, freelancers, and dream chasers. A solution that helps free up their time without costing a fortune, and help grow their business without the overwhelm.

Accounting Services
Our monthly accounting package includes setting your accounts up on the cloud based accounting software Xero, importing bank feeds, reconciling all accounts, developing monthly reports, and creating tax estimates. This is the ideal plan for a small business or freelancer looking to keep track of their businesses health, and have the ability to access this information from anywhere. From this base we can add needed services like payroll , bill payments, and invoicing. For each service you add we create a highly efficient process that integrates all of the best online tools. All prices include the software cost.
Marketing Services
Our marketing services are designed to get you the most bang for your dollar. As a small business owner you can spend a lot of time developing plans and implementing them, or worst yet you may not be spending anything at all in your marketing. We can help you get going by creating a brand, building you a website using Squarespace, building an email list, and creating content for social media post.
Business Services
We recognize that not every business owner wants to outsource every aspect of their business, but still wants help developing efficient processes using effective tools. This is what we aim to offer with our consulting services, we identify what tools will have the most impact, and develop process for you that integrate with your other work flows. In addition we can train your staff on the new processes and how to use the tools.
