I really want to love this place.... The employees are nice and the food is good, but they are painfully slow. It is obvious they have poor management that does not train the servers for efficiency and does not schedule enough staff for a busy dinner rush. Hire a few runners to back-up the servers, put a manager directing the food delivery area, and this place would be great. More...

Group of six for an early dinner. (Note: I'm not a huge seafood fan). I ordered the Coconut Shrimp. It came with the salad bar (which was really good) and a side (sweet potato fries for me). I thought the shrimp was good was the salad bar was the highlight for me. Others in our group got Lobster, Flounder, and Red Snapper. Everyone enjoyed their entrees and cleaned their plates. Wolf Bay Lodge was excellent. We sat at the bar because they were really busy. We has the smoked tuna dip with homemade pita chips. It was absolutely delishious.
