Well, first we consult with the client to get a feel for what they want to do, what style of party/event do they want to have, lastly what food they envision for their perfect party/event. Upon getting all that information and the budget that the potential client wants to spend, we construct a menu that will give the client exactly what he or she wants , without compromising their CORE wants and needs. We never try to sway a customer in either direction because AGAIN we feel we can create anything your heart can desire.

The freedom to create great tasting food, that is nutritious and fills the needs of the client. It is our pleasure to create the event that the client dreams of we work extra hard, to find the best pricing and best DJ, Live entertainment, decoration that fits what the client wants to do.

I worked for a boss that was great, but I was lost in the sauce of the world ,the hum drum of going to work every day just maintaining a life of work, home, kids work, home kids and one day I said to myself, self you are dying inside and need to full fill what you know you want to do for your life. So I took a year to experiment to find all my sauces and my different recipes. Fast forward to now I am the great boss that I knew that I would be for someone else who is striving to follow their culinary dreams. 80% Of all my employees over the last year are all on their way to doing what they want to do with their life. However it comes at a cost as we loose a few to starting their own business, and we often collaborate on the really big jobs of over 200 guests. Its my pleasure to build a network of great people who create great food for great peoples events. The circle of life is a wonderful experience especially when the food is to die for!

Well aside from the fact we love making money like every other American Company, we take a pride in preparing food the right way, the healthy way, the inventive way that brings a smile to the most toughest individual. Personally for me the feeling of gratification when you've served 200 people and all you hear are forks and knives clanging against the plates, chewing ,and laughing in between bites, that's when you know you did your job and that all the hard work you put in discovering different seasonings that maximize flavor without over doing the end result was well worth it. In all seriousness me and my team actually love the search for things, dj's that match what the client wants , liquor, decoration, all the little things that most people probably hate! WE LOVE!
