Wilson's called ahead of time to alert me of the 15 minute window when the crew would be arriving; the arrived on time; worked diligently the entire time; house looks brand new. A Plus job. Only negative -- their truck leaked oil on my driveway which I cleaned up afterwards with a rag and gasoline, but not a big deal. I would recommend and will re-use next time. More...

I don’t write reviews unless I need to warn clients against a bad contractor but this is an exception. Wilson’s Power Washing is the best cleaning contractor I have ever met. He now cleans and maintains (3) restaurants I own on a monthly basis. He responded to a Thumbtack inquiry I placed and I checked out his BBB A+ rating before I ever met Mr. Wilson. This company is everything that the reviews and their business rating says. My restaurants have never looked this clean, they don’t effect business flow because they clean late at night. Awesome company. I would recommend them highly because of: 1. Honest owners who are detail oriented and honor their word   2. Know what their are doingSpecifics: My wife and I have a flagstone patio about 400 sq ft with cedar fencing surrounding that area which needed power washing. The fence also needed staining. Of all the companies we interviewed, their company was the only one that offered hot water power washing and their price was most reasonable. Because our lot is a townhouse between two other units, care had to be taken when cleaning and staining to make sure our neighbors were not adversely affected. The power washing required some harsh chemicals to remove the mortar stains and rusty spots. To prevent flow of wash off into our downstream neighbor's patio they placed sandbags at the ends of the fence. When staining our side of the fence, they hand brushed the paint very carefully. During the staining, owner's son and project manager, Blake, noticed that one side of the fence that they had already applied two coats of stain did not look as good as the other sides. So, they applied a 3rd coat without our asking. Most impressively, after the job I received a 2nd invoice which was $50 more than the quoted price that I had already paid. I called the owner to pay the difference. The owner, David, said the work took more time then he had anticipated but that he had time to increase the price but he did not. Therefore, there is no need to pay the difference. In my experience, very few companies still operate like this. My wife and I are very happy our patio and fence now. More...

We have an extremely large (3 level) deck that was in need of cleaning and sealing for the first time. Wilson’s was one of six different bids we solicited. Their bid was competitive, but we were sold after meeting Blake and David, who were very professional and helpful in walking us through the steps of the project. After signing the contract, Wilson’s was so prompt in starting on the project. In addition, they were great at communicating about their schedule including when they would arrive or if the weather was going to delay the project. After the project was complete, both David and Blake came out to make sure we were satisfied with the results…which we were/are!!! Whether you have a big or small project, these are the guys to hire.
