I did a 6 week challenge with Will and because of the training and nutrition suggestions I have lost over 21lbs and 6% body fat. I signed up not sure how it was going to go. But starting from the interview Will proved that he was motivated to see you reach your target. The program is well structured the early morning workout allows you to finish in time to be ready for work, Wills follows you to make sure you are motivated and that the exercises are carried out correctly and well.What I think sets apart Will's 6 week program is the notions that he gives you on dieting and how to manage you calorie intake and deficit. I’m an active person and work out at the gym regularly. I have spent years lifting, running, and swimming. However, I haven’t been able to reach results of losing 10lbs and 5% body so efficiently, until I completed Will’s 6 week challenge. I connected with Will back in early 2017. At that time I was out of shape and working on a serious "Dad Bod". Through Will's nutrition training and workout plans I was able to drop significant weight and begin gaining strength and flexibility. His approach to flexible eating made dieting simple and straightforward. Unfortunately, I had to stop near the end of 2017 and I immediately noticed a drop in motivation for working out and diet habits. Will and I have reconnected and I am feeling an immediate change in my motivation and mood. Will is my favorite trainer! I joined his Women’s 6 weeks Challenge and he helped me to loose weight I wanted because he can come up with good set of exercise and he always provides me a Nutrition information, gave me good advices about any health fitness questions I have! And some days when I don’t feel much energy interest on exercising his fun personality helps a lot! So I end up keep going to workout with him and I suggest all my friends who interested to get in shape. And they bring their friends, family too. That shows how good trainer he is! More...

Will was a great coach. I have completed the 6 week challenge (which was actually an 8 week program) and I feel good. Going into the program, I wanted to be more confident being in the gym and with my body. I wasn't overweight by any means but I wanted to gain muscle and size. Will was great as an online coach. He showed me how to correctly track my macros and to be flexible with my diet. I highly recommend Will Nelson for ANY goals that you may have. In my case, like I mentioned, I wanted to gain size and muscle. To get there, however, I needed to fulfill x, y, and z. Will showed me how to achieve my goals correctly and on the right path. I honestly don’t even know where to begin. Will is absolutely amazing! Seriously the best trainer I could have ever asked for. His workouts are tough but he makes the whole experience fun and worth it. Especially when he starts dancing. ;) He pushes me to be the best that I can be and has taught me so much about strength training and flexible dieting. I have been working with Will for about a month and he is amazing in many ways. He is genuinely invested in my fitness progress. He always answers my questions about nutrition. He helps me build my own workouts when we are not training together. Will is a great motivator because he lives a healthy lifestyle. I have worked with him from Jan-2018 on 6 week program. I am a regular gym goes and wanted to see my abs definition. I have tried some online programs and wanted to try with him. He shared the workout plan and introduced me to the flexible diet/calorie counting. He promised more of online video coaching but somehow during the initial days it was not happened more frequently. However, he stated engaging more on online coaching.End the end of 6 weeks I started seeing my results. However, I know, 6 weeks is short period to judge any routine and/or approach. I am still continuing his routine and now I have slightly visible abs. I felt like I have achieved what I was waiting for long.If I have been in Santa Barbara, CA , I should have continued for making greater results.Lastly, if you ask me should I recommend him to others, OBSOLUTELY YES. Will Nelson is the best trainer I've ever had. His effective program helped me to lose 30 Lbs. Since then, I have been feeling motivated to keep with my fitness journey. Honestly, I admire him because he really has the dedication and the passion to help people to improve their bodies and most importantly our lives. I never thought I would be able to get myself to the gym before 7am, but with Will I have found that motivation.  He is very supportive, whatever your ability, and encourages you to meet your goals without being pushy.  The group is small and non-judgmental, exactly what I love about it, everyone is there to workout and get fit.  I have been working out with Will now for six weeks and am so happy with the progress I am making.  Not only is my pre-baby body coming back, but I feel stronger and more in shape than ever before and I owe that all to Will.   I highly recommend anyone wanting to get in shape, to lose weight or to build up their strength to give Will a try, you will not regret it.  It is the best investment you can make. Will Nelson really knows what he is doing when it comes to fitness/nutrition for whatever your goals are not to mention just a really good guy! I joined his online 6 week challenge with a number of other guys (all who had different goals from losing weight to staying healthy, to building muscle and everything in between). Will had advice and tips and help for everyone no matter what their goals and helped keep the group engaged with multiple check ins per week to see how everyone was doing.

I had never been able to consistently go to the gym before because I would lose motivation or burn out but Will's program helped keep me engaged and hold me accountable. He lays out a very easy to follow process and allows you to actually create a LIFESTYLE rather than just a fad diet or workout plan. He helps to create a mindset of something that can really change your life.

I lost 8 pounds in 6 weeks under this program and learned so much more about nutrition than I had ever known before. If you are an experienced health/fitness goer who just needs a little push or someone who has no idea what you are doing, Will's program is definitely for you! If you feel like there is a plethora of information out there and you are overwhelmed or confused, that's how I felt going in and Will helps to simplify it and really help you out. I took Will Nelson's 6 Week Challenge and it was nothing short of life-changing. In 6 weeks, I lost 19 pounds and 6% body fat just by following his workout regime and eating philosophies. I was amazed how fast the results came. I ended up working out with Will for 6 more weeks and for the first time since college, I have a 6 pack. In addition, I lost 3 more pounds for a total of 22 pounds and 5% more in body fat for a total of 11%. I'm in the best shape of my life thanks to Will and his program. If you are looking to make real changes in your life, increase your energy, get stronger, more conditioned, and prime yourself for success, I would suggest no one else besides Will. Will Nelson Fitness approach honors the bodies natural process of muscle development, slow and steady, as well as designs the workouts to ultra challenge the stabilizing pieces around the joints, while strengthening our larger muscles that keeps us humans upright. Thank you Glutes and Hammies!! As humans,we are meant to walk a lot, to run, and climb, all of these help develop and strengthen our posterior muscle group. unfortunately our american lifestyle has us sitting for most of the day, as a result atrophy of the glutes, quads and hamstrings. sad. very sad. It is easy to join a gym and even easier to not go, to make excuses about not having time.  I choose to make a change in my exercise and nutrition; and found Will Nelson Fitness.I have had trainers in the past but quickly found Will Nelson was different in several positive ways.  Will helps break down your goals and works with you not just on the physical training but helping to keep you true to your nutrition as well.  Will's nutritional guidance helped me understand a lot about what I eat (or more importantly how much of it) and how I didn't have to be miserable eating only cardboard tasting things.With Will's training and guidance, my body fat % is down and my weight is down, measurably around that middle part too.  I have gained muscle strength and mass which is weight so to still be down in total weight is a success.  My energy level is so much better and as an avid sea kayaker who recently found the rush of white water kayaking, my improved flexibility and strength has been a key factor to my enjoyment of my new found sport.Absolutely a lot of the success is the work that I have put in; but Will's training and guidance has channeled my efforts to that success.  Five strong Yelp stars for Will Nelson Fitness.(This review was written with my arms and core resting after a great training session with Will just a short hour ago.) Been training with Will for a few weeks now.  Signed up due to a friends personal recommendation and a serious need to change my excercise and diet habits.  Dropped 11 lbs. in the first week, which I know is a lot of water weight but it's more of a mind set I have now.  I know I can lose the 20 lbs. + that need to go and Will is totally instrumental to achieving that goal.  He provides not only great insight into the dietary challenges men face but keeps us motivated with some kick butt workouts and motivation to boot.Highly recommend Will to anyone serious about a real life change for the better. OK guys...I'm 48 and have been in good shape most of my life. In the last few years life (kid, work, etc) but mostly complacency had gotten in the way of exercise. I finally reached that point where I wasn't happy with what I was seeing in the mirror and tired of the excuses I was making up in my head. Along came Will and an opportunity to bet on myself and take the first step of getting back into a healthy lifestyle. Im going to start this off with a little about myself that way you can get an idea of what Will can do for you. I've never seen a trainer before and was almost embarrassed to ask for help in my personal fitness goals. I've worked out for the last ten years on average 2-3 days a week. I've been up and down with my vision on how my body should look and was ready to make a change. I saw a Facebook testimonial written by one of my friends and thought it was time to make change. The first month was filled with many rough workouts that brought me to my knees, I thought I wouldn't be able to go on but his personality and sheer motivation pushed me through to the next workout. Will has now instilled a healthy workout habit in me. I had the intention of building muscle and losing a little weight.
