Spotty service. Terrible support. The connection has never been reliable. When we did have a connection, the speeds were well below what the sales guy was promising. I moved it to be used only as a backup connection and tried to cancel, but the cancellation window is only the last month of the three year contract. You can't cancel any earlier than that and if you miss it, you have to wait another three years to cancel or pay full price for the remainder of the term as a cancellation penalty. More...

The service has been "not as advertised" since the start. We had a 3 year contract for dedicated 100 Mbps (upload and download) internet service. We have never seen speeds at that rate. Typically internet speed are less than 30% of the promised speed (see chart). January 2021 we experienced 24+ hours of downtime causing havoc across our organization, they failed to even return our calls. The contract they built for our business allowed them to auto renew us for a 3 year contract without a single courtesy call. Their cancellation policy is essentially you paying the complete contract upfront. Overall every step of the way has been a nightmare for our organization. When we mentioned trying to get find a new provider the gentleman at corporate chuckled and referenced the cancellation terms. Their rep stopped by and installed the internet connection in less than 5 min. Price was $0 installation and less than $35/month. The real speeds are amazing ( I get ~95 Mbps down and ~60Mbps up with low latency). It would be very hard to move to a place where their service is not offered. More...

David the technician was awesome from the minute he phoned me to confirm that he was on his way. When he got here he explained to me how he would wire my home and made me feel at ease about my big move from Spectrum. My only regret I have is not switching to WiLine Networks Inc sooner.
