Brandi is WONDERFUL! I followed her from her previous spot and would follow her to the moon! She's technically and artistically talented. She's patient, kind and warm. Just a lovely person. Ariana here is the best! I have been seeing her for a while and followed her to this location. She is so sweet and she listens to your concerns. She does an excellent job on waxing and never lets me down.  Every time I see her I feel so relaxed and happy, I know it's kind of weird but I look forward to my brow waxing appointment every time! I cannot gush enough about how much I love Brandi! A friend recommended her and I will never trust another aesthetician again with my face or bikini! It started off with a simple eyelash tint and now she does my eyebrows and my waxing when I need it (ahem swimsuit season). She is a perfectionist and does such a marvelous job! I'm a minimal makeup gal and she gave me the gift of eyebrows and lashes that last 4 weeks! She is also just so personable that she makes what could be an unpleasant experience totally tolerable! I recently moved to the bay, and you ladies and gents know how hard it is to find the right person that works for you when it comes down to hair, make-up, brows, and Brazilians. ...everything really, well, I am so happy I found my girl Ariana from Wild Heart!!! Not only is Ariana stunning, but also makes you feel beautiful and once she is done beautifying you, you're like WOW!!!! Thank you thank you!! I wanted to update my review as I feel like I did not capture the awesomeness that is the Wild Heart experience... I have been in fact going to Misty since 2013 and will never go anywhere else for my hair or brows. This review is for Angelina Quinteros, one of Misty's staff. One of my co-workers had Misty do her hair and makeup for her wedding last year and I loved how she looked. I'd been looking for someone in SF to do my hair and makeup for a photoshoot for my website and for my wedding for weeks. Those I'd contacted had quoted me almost $500 for these services which I thought was insane! When I got in touch with Misty, her prices were much more reasonable. Misty wasn't available so she sent Angelina to me. Angelina arrived at my house on time and listened to what I wanted. She executed to perfection and I was THRILLED with the results! I've never had better makeup, she made me look amazing (if I do say so myself!). My photographer couldn't stop commenting on how fantastic I looked - and most of that was thanks to Lina! Misty is absolutely amazing! I've been seeing her for a few years now and have gone all over the spectrum with hair color. From red to blonde ombre, to brunette with highlights, to rose gold... she's nailed EVERYTHING I've asked her to do. I've never walked away with anything but excitement to show off the new hair! I went to Brandi for years when she was at Benefit on Fillmore. Now she's at the lovely space at Wild Heart. Brandi has a talent for knowing exactly what is needed to make her clients look great. She chooses perfect colors for lash and brow tints to match skin tones and knows how to shape brows so they look great. She is a warm and caring esthetician and takes time with each client, getting to know their preferences and remembering them each time they visit. Like others have stated, I have followed Misty from Benefit to her new digs at Wild Heart.  That right there is a true testament to how talented she really is. After having a terrible waxing experience (leaving me with misshapen eyebrows), I was hesitant to try anyone else- until I met Misty... she is an eyebrow Goddess. Misty completely transformed my eyebrows and now I could never have anyone else touch them.   Misty truly sees threading, waxing, tinting,  make up application, eyelash extensions, hair color and cuts as an art and loves to help beautify every person she sees.
