Great chips! Lobster roll was quite good, nice use of herbs, mayo and celery, and generous amount of lobster meat. Not the best lobster roll you can have in Boston, but not the worst either.
Delicious and fast. Best Veggie Omelette in the city so far(beats the paramount on this)
Long wait for delicious food
Orange juIce was amazing. Ask for ice though. The food came out so quick and was hot and fresh. The home fries were seasoned so well. The service was quick and friendly. Our cashier Adres was very friendly and helpful. If you're from here or from out of town (like me) 10/10 recommend More...

Always clean, always friendly, always fresh, excellent quality, super delicious! And the best nonalcoholic mojito!!
WICHIT delicious! I had the Fat Jerry and everything from the construction of the sandwich to the taste of it was on point. This is a MUST visit place when you are in town. More...
Better alternative to your typical sub-shop. Wide variety of sandwiches from indulgent to healthy. I go here whenever I'm nearby.
I was in town for the convention and food was awesome. Service was on point and we stayed past closed. Recommend!

Best sandwiches in back bay
Great place and staff
Great food good service
One of the more underrated deli shops of Back Bay area. They have great sandwiches, with good vegetarian options. Try their Lox breakfast sandwich and Stonemill.
Lots of different options and a great menu! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a sandwich/panini/sub or wrap. Sweet potato fries are classic as well. Speedy and good prices for what you get. More...

Nice hole in the way place with interesting sandwich recipes
Tasty sandwich and decent wait for a busy Saturday lunch rush.
Excellent sandwiches, friendly helpful staff
Finally found a good breakfast spot near the conference centre.
Great selection, friendly service, and quick. I have only been in the mornings during the work week and have ordered off the breakfast menu. Nice to sit outside and enjoy. Watch out for those thieving birds! More...
Amazing sandwiches at cheap eat prices in a trendy part of Boston.
Food was good and reasonably priced. Came out quickly, tasted great.
Great sandwich always fresh
Fresh prepared soups, salads, sandwiches. Large selection, including many vegetarian items. Friendly staff.
Very Good Restaurant, have seen great improvement in staff and food quality. I believe most of the other reviews are a bit bias. If you are looking for a quality sandwich and you are hungry, you come here. The portioning is perfect - I give credit to the timely service keep in mind this is a small restaurant and everything is done by hand. If you're looking for fast service go to a fast food restaurant. You can easily see your food being prepared here so I do not understand why "slow service" is an issue when you are getting food prepared on demand. More...
Excellent place to stop for sandwiches. The service was excellent and I had the breakfast burrito which was delicious.
Guillaume Le Cam
The food is very good and affordable.
Great sandwiches. Many options to choose from. I got the cuban and it was great! I think they might make their chips in house as well. Very casual dining.
Food was great. Serving size a bit small for the money.
I had the hungry man it was so good I love this place
Good sandwiches, good selection, decent prices. The homemade chips are fantastic as is the pomegranate lemonade.
Nice café, my sandwich was very fresh, and a great fill up.
Good sandwiches, it did take quite a long time to make despite no lines.
Exciting sandwich combinations and great summer beverage options but you do pay for the Newbury location.Would absolutely recommend the chicken katsu sandwich and they have done of the best sweet potato fries in the area
Second time here, they do nice sandwiches, good prices, interesting combinations. I had The Rude Boy, which is secret menu item with pastrami, fried egg, avocado, torched cheddar and chipotle aioli on a brioche. Some heat, and cooled off with the avocado. Not messy at all either. Very polite staff, that is a bonus. More...
Interesting and tasty sandwiches
It's a tiny restaurant, much of it taken up by the kitchen. Here's what I ordered:Cubano (Seasoned pulled pork, ham, swiss, fresh dill pickles, mojo mustard on baguette pressed "Havana" style, house dressing for dipping) - Not sure what "Havana" style is, but it was decent. The meat was a little on the dry side and the baguette was uneven. There were some parts a lot of bread vs not enough bread. Definitely not as flavorful as I had hoped. The dipping sauce didn't do much for me but it had a nice tang.Fries - Fresh cut shoestrings served in an individual deep fry basket. Adorable presentation. They're not crispy nor soggy, more in between. I usually prefer them that way but I generally don't discriminate. Mojito (Lime juice, cane sugar, mint leaves) - Non-alcoholic obviously but it was fantastic! Perfect balance of flavors and sweetness. I wish they offered a smaller size.Overall, I thought it was decent. I was more disappointed with the sandwich especially since it cost me $10. It was a good size as I was only able to eat half. I'll have to try the other sandwiches. More...
Cubano with sauce = happiness.
Diana Bierschenk Eddowes
Delicious sandwiches! Newbury needed a place where you can take a sandwich away and go sit somewhere outside. I'll definitely go back here again!
Best sandwhich I've had in my life. Must go.
Had a Cubano and it was so good with the dipping sauce. Would've loved a little bigger portion, but overall what I had was delicious and hit the spot.
Great food and all fresh made. So well put together I thought it was a chain! Owner is super friendly and mentioned the recipes are all made in house and he was happy to customize. Pro tip: they have a secret menu.
