Whitness Nutrition is amazing! If you are in need of one on one support or support in a group setting she is your girl!I have worked with her one on one during my Whole30 and reintroduction and she was a wealth of knowledge, encouragement and support. I don’t think it would have been as successful or that I would have made a long term change with my lifestyle and daily habits had I not had her to guide me.I recently participated in a small virtual group! Developing healthy summer habits and man it was fun and very helpful to have the reminders daily if things we should be doing for ourselves to nourish and fuel our bodies for such an active season of our lives!Take a minute to check Whitney out on Instagram and her blog and just see what all she has to offer and if you could benefit from working with her! Whitney is pretty amazing. A) I thought I knew how to eat healthy. Well.. I did not. B) I thought I knew what a carb was. Again, I did not . C) I thought I was eating a balanced diet. Aaaand finally, I was not. I have Whitney to thank for helping me lose 9lbs the RIGHT WAY in 28 days, and for implementing such an easy to follow regime of healthy eating for each day. She's sassy and smart and I love her wit. They don't call her Whitney for nothing  I'm an pescatarian aka no meat for me and she was so helpful in customizing a seriously easy plan for me to fit into my insanely crazy life. I'm so busy and my excuse was to not cook and to eat out so not only have I lost 9lbs and learned how to eat right... I have ALSO cut my costs in over HALF by ditching eating out every morning/day/night/minute of my life and learned how to prep healthy and tasty meals for the whole week thus saving me time. I was part of the Dallas Whole30 Duo group for Spring 2018. I really liked being part of a community for my Whole30 as well as all of the information that we were given to be successful. We were given so many tips and tricks, a comprehensive guide full of information and a way to track our meals and how we felt each day. This is invaluable as you go through a Whole30 especially the first time.  We were also given several swag bags with full size Whole30 compliant items such as meat sticks, mayo, salad dressing and even meat. We even received coupons to buy more of those items. I felt the most beneficial part of being with this coaching group was the coaching sessions. They were available to us before during and after our Whole30. The scheduled meals and workouts with us along the journey. This gave us options for face-to-face time with both coaches. This gave all of us time to get to know each other and ask our coaches so many questions. Have Whitney's extensive knowledge of how bodies handle the food we eat was invaluable. She would explain things so we could understand what our body was doing with the food we were eating. The community of this group was by far my favorite part of the experience. When I did my first Whole30 it was just me, my Whole30 books, and the internet through the Whole30 website and Instagram. That worked well for me but I was the only person I knew that had ever done a Whole30. Quite frankly, it was a little lonely and I was scared to eat out so I didn't go out with my friends.  I signed up for the coaching group so I could experience my second Whole30 with others.  Our coaches taught us how to eat out and introduced us to places we could go in Dallas.  Through our outings and our Facebook group the community became something I looked forward to. The workouts were challenging and fun.  The meals were a chance for us to eat the right food and talk to our coaches and each other.  We were all on different but similar journeys to heal our bodies.  Our coaches are a big part of my success. Whitney helped me increase my vegetable intake and figure out ways to eat more healthfully when away from home. Losing weight was not my goal (I just wanted to feel better and improve my digestive system), but after only two or three months, I lost about 20 pounds, my jeans dropped from a size 30 to a size 26, my cholesterol numbers improved and I experienced less bloating, reflux and joint pain. I also enjoyed the pep-talks with her, which always resulted in a new idea or suggestion I may not have known about before. I only worked with Whitney a few months, but I know who to call if I feel like I'm getting too far off track! More...

Whitney is truly amazing!  10 stars on a 5 star scale!  She's the real deal; as good as it gets!  She helped me to completely transform my life.  She worked with me to create a new lifestyle; a forever approach to healthy, good living! I've lost about 60 pounds with her guidance.  I've tried so many approaches over the years - all with temporary results.  She is fully engaged, on point, and customizes the meal plans to meet my needs, likes, and dislikes. She's creative and attentive and knows how to keep her clients on the right track.  She honestly cares about people and their well-being.  She is very passionate and motivated and it shows through her work.  I've never felt better and I thank God for her....  I HIGHLY recommend her to everyone!! Amazing! I have been a client of whitney's for over a year now and my results have been incredible! Whitney helped me learn how to fuel my body without breaking my wallet. She was patient with me and was always available to answer questions! The best part is actually learning how to select the appropriate foods for your body!
