We have a rental in N. Myrtle Beach and our last cleaner was way overpriced and our renters would occasionally tell us they found trash under beds, etc. A good friend of mine kept talking about how great her cleaners were (A&A), so we decided to switch to them and we haven't looked back! Not only do they save us a little money on our cleaning services, they go "above and beyond". Anything we want them to do for our renters, they will do. They will also do things for us. The AC unit went out over the summer. I texted them just asking for a recommendation of who to call. I fully intended to call, set up and organize the time for the repair guy to come out. As soon as I asked for a recommendation, they took over the process for me! It was over July 4th week and we had renters there. They coordinated the repair person, they met him there and called us to get our card number to pay him. Our renters even texted us to let us know how smooth it was for them. We have a vacation rental and have been working with White Glove Cleaning Service since March. We live out of town and are new to this weekly rental thing. It is very difficult when you are not there and need to depend on others. Aimee and Amanda have eased our minds with all the craziness! We know we will maintain our 5 star rating with guests as long as they are cleaning our rental. They are wonderful people and so professional! We own two vacation rental condo's in North Myrtle Beach. Finding a cleaner that pays attention to detail & will take care of your place while you are miles away is the hardest part of owning vacation rentals. I am super picky because I know that a bad review from a guest can really damage our business. Aimee & Amanda have been superb & we are thankful that we found them. My mama called These ladies to come clean our condo for my graduation at the last minute! They came with out hesitation! When they got there my mama was running around panicking because nothing was done! Ms Aimee Ms Amanda and Ms Dana cleaned our house and had it smelling great!!!!
