I gave this company a try based on a referral, and boy was I surprised. The costumer service from management all the way to the cleaning staff themselves is amazing to say the least. I have been a recurring costumer of theirs for 4 months on weekly basis. I have a two bedroom apartment and it gets messy and cluttered all the time because my friends are constantly over. This company really does understand the true aspect of costumer service and running the business the right away (which is hard to find these days) What sold me on this company and why I stayed with them for the last 4 months is not only the outstanding costumer service but the trust I have in them. Honesty is extremely important to me and they have proven themselves the very first time. My first appointment was for 10am. A cleaning agent Irina showed up 10 min late (but that's alright) and got right to it. She explained what she was going to be cleaning and asked me if I had requests or concerns, I notified her of a few fragile item's I have and went to my office to make a couple conference calls. I returned a little over an hour later and was extremely pleasantly surprised, not only my apartment has never looked this good and organized before but I was handed a zip lock back with a gold chain and over 600 dollars in cash that Irina found behind the couch and behind the bookshelf. I was astonished, not only that I did not know that was missing the chain and money , Irina even went out of her way and cleaning my storage location even though that was part of my appointment, my apartment was refreshed.
