I can not say enough great things about Whistlestop. This is the place to to if you love flowers, and want the most breathtaking arrangements for anything in life. Kim and her wonderful team did our wedding in the Grand Ballroom at the Marriott in downtown Syracuse. There were NO flowers left at the end of the night. Everyone wanted to take them home. So many people commented on the flowers. We did mainly Black baccara roses with red amaranthus cascading down from Golden Candleabras as centerpieces. More than a week later, they're still alive! Whistlestop was the first and last place I checked with for my wedding flowers. From the service to the vreativitt, everything was wonderful. Absolutely breathtaking. Whistlestop to my rescue today I can even begin to tell you what they pulled off for me today I haf ordered flowers at another florist in Syracuse they tell me at 1 pm they can't deliver so I balled my eyes out for the flowers were for my sister who turnes 40 today on top of the fact our mom recently passed a very hard birthday for her but thank god for,last minute these guys got the job done in a matter of an 1 or 2 hrs tops amazing amazing I highly recomend this florist❤I'm so so thankful whistle stop you have my buisneaa forever

Kim and the entire Whistlestop team were amazing in helping plan our wedding flowers. We did not live in state so Kim spoke with my mom and I over many phone calls and emails to get every detail right. To be honest, my mom cared about the bouquets and arrangements much more than I did in the planning process but once we swung by Whistlestop a few days before the wedding to see what they were working on, I was blown away. My bouquet was absolutely perfect and fit my style so well. We asked for an adjustment on the centerpieces which the staff had no problem making and they looked great on the day of the wedding. Delivery, set up, etc looked even better than I had dreamed in the chapel and our reception venue. If you want a florist who will listen to your ideas and make them into something better than you could have ever picked yourself, who is easily reachable, and who you can rely on to have everything look fantastic - look no further than Whistlestop. What a treasure! This florist has a vast array of gifts, displayed beautifully and priced well for their quality and uniqueness. I regret that this was the first time I ever stopped there after having driven past it for so many years. They should change their name to florist and gift shop! Ornaments, scarves, lamps, stuffed animals,... Lots to look at. And the flowers and plants were beautiful and affordable, too. More...

It's been too many years for me to count much less remember. But, whenever someone asks for a florist I always send them to Whistlestop. I was fortunate to receive an arrangement from my office mates over a Christmas holiday. The arrangement was not only beautiful but HUGE! Between the greenery and the flowers and the candles and the star of the show - a silver reindeer in the middle (which I still have to this day), it took up the entire back seat of my car. More...
