Blend whisked me away with their bold tastes and fresh components. I attempted the shrimp and also avocado salad as well as believed it was definitely perfect! I really did not believe I was that starving yet I wound up devouring my entire dish. The cilantro-ginger vinaigrette was light, fresh, not also acidic and free to the shrimp. There is seriously not a salad dressing that states \"me\" more than cilantro-ginger. I like the fresh top quality ginger constantly includes to a dish. The shrimp was smoked and had a small char to it. The grill flavor advised me of eating barbequed shrimp outdoors in Vietnam. The avocado was fresh as well as made the salad also more delicious. The only point concerning the environment that I disliked was how loud the area was. The wall surfaces or ceiling do not absorb audio well and all the audios in the area really jump off and make it hard to chat. They market present cards and do accept reservations on Yelp. I assume it's pretty cool that this location also caters. Usually, when an area says they cater, they frequently obtain more service from catering than they do as a restaurant however this one appears to be preferred in both areas. The vehicle parking great deal is very limited as well as there isn't a lot of street auto parking alternatives. They, strangely, have a $6 valet car parking option. One thing I can tell you, aside from their creative and delicious recipes; is that Whisk definitely cares for their customers. Leila, the manager took care of my boyfriend and I at brunch this morning, and even threw in some free Carrot cake to take home! We will never forget that. After trying it for dinner last month, we decided to try their brunch now and I just wanted to thank them for their attention! Side note: Oscar, one of the servers was personable, attentive and funny! Was pleasantly surprised. It is hidden in Coral Gables, and understated, but it was such a nice experience. I customized my meal, not by a lot but it was still accepted well, and the server was honest about what he thought tasted better. Beautiful and calm atmosphere.

I have been here before but, it has been a few years. I met a friend here after work for drinks, aka, happy hour. We sat at a table and ordered their sangria, it was very yummy. We had a few.....or more glasses each. I didn't eat because I had a late lunch, knowing their menu is not vegan friendly. My friend ordered a few small plates. Whisk is an amazing gourmet restaurant with delicious food. It is quite small inside, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is to die for, my favorite dish here is rather simple, the chicken biscuit sandwich. I think guy fieri has even been here. This is a hidden little gem in South Miami. We had a little trouble locating it down a side alley street but once we got there everything was fabulous. We were immediately greeted but a friendly hostess and got a seat quickly. After being brought water and menus, our server arrived with a great smile and eager to help us pick out some delicious menu items. I need to remind myself to eat here more often. I live so close but sometimes forget it's there. The ambiance is good, the service is quick and courteous and the food is delicious. We went for dinner yesterday with our kids. Though there is no kids menu there are a number of items that they liked. (If you have a picky one don't worry, they have chicken tenders). We tried the mac and cheese which was delicious, the Brussels sprouts were so amazing that next time we need 2 orders. I had the plate of ribs which came with deliciously made cole slaw and some super tasty homemade potato chips. The meat on the ribs fell off the bone and was scrumptious. Never have had a bad meal here yet! I love this hidden gem near Sunset mall for the beautiful way they transform southern comfort classics. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner here are all phenomenal. For brunch I've ordered the shrimp and grits in which I added cheddar cheese to the grits.........beyond delicious and fresh! I came recently with a big party of 18 (all separate checks) and the customer service was amazing---so accompanying to our party that I was truly shocked at the level of professionalism in which they dealt with us. I tried the fried green tomatoes (which is a must have), the open faved fried chicken BLT, the bacon wrapped gorgonzola stuffed dates, and the Cornish hens. ALL OF IT WAS DELICIOUS. I really like this place. I've been a fan since before this location. Food is excellent, service is great, and they're a great blend of innovative and classic southern. They have a great mix of salads, vegetables, meats, fish, fried, grilled, etc. I have not ever had a meal here I didn't like. The food here is great! I have been a bunch for all different meals and never been disappointed. Service has always been prompt when I have been there and I've never had any problems. The place is a bit small so I recommend calling ahead to see if they have a wait during regular peak hours like dinner or weekend brunch.
