@whattheheckbarbecue at the @CascadesFarmersMarket is the best BBQ you can get in the area! Kevin and his family prepare their delicious ribs, chicken and BBQ beans on-site at the market. ..arriving WAY too early...to ensure you have the most tender, tasty, freshest meats money can buy. This past weekend we picked up some chicken halves and OMG! They were delicious! The crew at @javajenscoffeeroasters will definitely be shopping at What The Heck BBQ again...and often! A little late on this, sorry Kevin. But if you haven't tried the sauce he has made, it is a must. We got the Kickin' It Midly, 4 of us tried it, and we all LOVED it. Just enough kick to boost the flavor of the pulled pork we made for dinner. I bought 3 bottles and can't wait to share it with our family. Now just need to get some ribs on the smoker and get messy with this sauce. More...
