I was very glad that they took it very seriously did the best what they can do for the future.I was going to call another provider but changed my mind to get the service from Westpaq. Two people came to my place (this time an hour early!) for the service- I can tell that they did an amazing job. I am sure I will use the service again and really appreciated the actions made by the owner.---(Original Review - 2/23/2019)Made apartment deep cleaning appointment via Amazon Home Service. Long story short, they didn't show up. I called the office three times- no response.The appointment was 11 AM - 2 PM. They contacted me around 2:18 PM. They said they are on the way and asked me the location (I sent them to google map link of my location). I waited about 3 hours- They called me again around 5:18 PM saying they cannot find my place (I use Amazon, Uber Eats, Yelp Delivery, etc with the same address with no problem.)This is total BS. Horrible experience ever I had with any service providers. Now, I don't even trust they were on the way. I just contacted Amazon Customer Service to share my experience and got a refund. A professional, sweet crew of two showed up promptly.
They worked thoroughly and fast, with friendly energy throughout their entire visit. The end results were nothing short of absolute shimmer and shine. I am pleased to the moon and back, and this is saying a lot as I consider myself to be very detail-oriented and a perfectionist.
After the crew (Kika and Casey) left, there was no dust in sight.

I actually scheduled for a service pretty last minute and they were very accommodating. I scheduled them to clean before my event, and sure enough they made my place look way more put together than I could've done in that time frame. The cleaning team arrived on time ready to work immediately. They were self starters that didn't need to be micro managed.
I had booked a deep clean with fridge and oven. When I mentioned 3 celling fans they cleaned them too without adding amother itemized charge.
I'm an accountant and since there were two people working from 2 to 6:30 I feel like I got 8 man hours rather than only 7 as Amazon had estimated.
I'll use them again and would recommend them to family and friends. Even my dogs liked the team and they were very accommodating of the dogs.

Prior to speaking with Richard I had hired another company to clean my house. While they did a decent job and were in and out in about an hour ( they had a crew of six ) they were slightly overpriced and didn't do a great job with the details. It was like fast food for cleaning. Because of this, I decided to look on Yelp to find reviews. Well, this company had issues with theft so needless to say I mooved on. What inspired you to start your own business?
Every time we wanted to clean our homes we noticed that the crew were either not properly trained, lacked quality control or we just weren't sure about the backgrounds of the individuals we let into our home and around the kids. So we decided to offer a standardized quality, professional cleaning service that assured not thoroughness, but also spoke to the individuals' clients interfaced with and their ethics.
The group of investors that started Westpaq saw a need for a trustworthy, affordable yet good-at-what-they-do niche in the professional cleaning service industry.
