Great company got hired on the spot lots of over time the post is super easy yes boring as well but easy money, lots of friendly people staff and employees, some are rude security and employer's but who care about them as long you not with them at the post, you should be fine.

I worked for Weiser Security for several years. La Quinta Inns and Best Western Hotels, Port Authority and covered temp at a few other post. This was over ten years ago, it is 07-09-2018. Weiser Security is a good company to work for in my opinion.

Pay is based on the contract site, not Weiser Security, just like all the other companies. The Post Commander will be based on the personality of the person who is hired or promoted to that position. Same as the Manager and Roving Supervisors.

I have about ten years total security work experience. I have worked for Wells Fargo, CPP Pinkerton and Enforcement Security. They were no better and no different other than the uniform you are issued.

Typically there is lot of overtime available at most Security Contract Companies, because there is a high turnover rate in lazy officers. Sometimes a supervisor will ask you to swap out a shift. Security positions range from Loading Docks, Parking Lots and Warehouses, to Office Complexes, High Rise Buildings, Hotels and even Government Regulated Locations. Expect to take any position available but keep reminding them of the hours you want. More...
