Weighted Plate offers personal training and nutrition coaching services from the comfort of your own home. Our mission is to give clients absolutely everything they need to move towards a healthier lifestyle. Personal trainers typically only deliver half of what is necessary: exercise instruction. And nutritionists deliver the other half. We bring the two services together, as they should be, combining personal training with meal preparation coaching in order to take all of the guesswork and headache out of our busy NYC clients' lives.

Love Khaia! His good humor, encouragement and knowledge have made my new exercise routine fun, safe and effective. I actually look forward to our weekly sessions. Go for it!
Working with Weighted Plate completely turned my life around. I ate pretty healthy most of the time, but working with Shayna brought my nutrition to the next level.
She taught me about macronutrients and provided incredible suggestions for snack swaps. Her recommendations completely changed the way I look at food. In terms of fitness, Shayna really understood my goals and knew exactly what I should do to get me there. She created an incredibly in depth workout regimen for me, opening my eyes to exercises I would have never done at all! I went from being a woman who only went to spin class and lifted the occasional dumbbell to someone who was going to the "men's side" of the gym and squatting more than 100 lbs of weight. Never in my life would I thought I was ever capable of that, but with Shayna I accomplished so many goals and tried so many new things.
Shayna really is the entire package. From nutrition to fitness, Shayna's knowledge really is unparalleled. If you're looking for an incredible trainer who can also help you tweak your diet to reach your maximum potential, Shayna is the perfect fit. Bonus: She shares your workout plans with you so that when you are working out on your own you can do what you did with her! She makes everything super convenient and will give you the confidence you need to walk over to the "muscle area" without feeling awkward. More...
