Norman was incredible and patient as our teacher! He helped us prep for our first dance at our wedding and it really showed. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience at City Best Dance! Our instructor Olga was so, professional, kind, and talented. Because we learned so much in only 2 private lessons we decided to take up group lessons! My Fiancé and I had a wonderful experience with Olga as our dance instructor. When we met her we told her her we are very inexperienced, but would like help with the first wedding dance. She was very kind and patient with us, and the dance came out very well. She created a great dance routine to our chosen song. We received so many compliments from family and friends!! When looking for a studio to help us with the first dance for our same-sex wedding we wanted to go somewhere that made us feel comfortable. City Best Dance was just that. Olga had amazing response times and accommodated our scheduling painlessly. Our instructor Bibi has made learning a dance an easy and fun process. We met with Olga for 2 private wedding choreography and dance lessons. Olga was a great teacher as she was able to meet us where we were at in terms of ability. Neither my husband nor I are dancers, however we were able to follow the simple yet elegant choreography. We received so many compliments on our dance and truly surprised our guests!! I reached out to Olga for a private dance lesson as a surprise birthday gift and we could not be happier. She was very accommodating even though our timing was tricky. Not knowing what to expect walking into the studio, Olga charmed us from the get go and we were absolutely delighted by the entire experience. In our quick 1-hour lesson, she taught us the basics of Argentine Tango, Rumba, and Salsa. She also taught us a few turns and variations to improvise with as we got more comfortable with the steps. I can't think of one moment where we were not all smiling or laughing. Olga was such a pleasure to work with and we were blown away by her and her sister's accomplishments in the international world of dance. We purchased two dance lessons for our wedding with Lauren. She was SO much fun to work with. She choreographed a routine to our first dance song that was totally doable for us (we're far from professional dancers! ) but also impressive for our guests (with a lift!). Olga was a great teacher! We did about 3-4 lessons with her to choreograph our wedding dance. My husband is not a dancer at all but she made us both look so graceful and professional. We came in with a song picked out and she worked her magic. The choreography was easy enough for us to do well with and yet interesting enough for people to be super impressed! We hired Lauren Locke to teach us a dance for our wedding. Neither my Wife or I are bad dancers but we did not have any formal training. Despite that Lauren was an excellent teacher! We learned an amazing dance that we could be proud of in just 7 lessons and the wedding went perfectly because of her. She's also just a really fun person to hang out with and I think my wife might want to be her best friend now. All in all I give City Best Dance 5 stars for being very accomidating to our schedule, for having an amazing instructor, and for giving us a truly amazing experience at our wedding. More...

My wife and I have been taking group lessons with Olga every other weekend for the past 5-6 months and we are going to continue. In our class, we have learned salsa and bachata.Olga is a great teacher and a consummate professional. She keeps things structured, but also fun and interesting. My wife and I have really enjoyed taking these classes and we have becomes better dancers as a result.It is worth mentioning that Olga is a dedicated teacher and good all-around person. Some students in the group class organized a field trip of sorts to a latin club on a friday night to put into practice what we've been learning and olga showed up just to have a good time with us. I'm sure she was observing and taking mental notes of areas to focus on in subsequent lessons, but we had a great time dancing he night away.I highly recommend City Best Dance More...
