Arielle helped me to plan some of the final details of my wedding and on the day of as my onsite coordinator. With her help (and her assistants) my wedding had order and I got to enjoy my day with little thought to the details of making it run. She helped me to locate vendors and got me a stellar deal on florals and a DJ (seriously, she saved me like $1k). She was always quick to respond and didn't mind getting her hands dirty the day of - she set up all of my centerpieces in an outdoor wedding when it was 85 degrees while still looking put together and professional. We had an amazing experience with Arielle! My husband echoed the same sentiments of other brides; and not seeing the need for or importance of a wedding planner. But, without her, everything would've been a pure mess. From my initial interaction with her, she asked thoughtful questions, provided excellent suggestions and guidance along the way and was beyond confident in her ability to manage our wedding. She's pleasant, quick on her feet and trustworthy. She worked well with our photographer, site coordinator and DJ; ensuring everyone was on the same page days leading up to the wedding. Our rehearsal ran smoothly and everyone was clear about what to do on the day of the wedding. She and her assistant arrived on time and promptly got to work determining where we were on the timeline and doing everything possible to get us caught up, as we were extremely behind. The details are what impressed me the most...the mini-emergency kit she gave me the day before, the phone call the morning of my wedding to make sure I wasn't ready to go off the deep end, having double-sided tape for my photo guest album book, handing me a tissue right before I was about to walk down the aisle, just in case of you know, those tears, etc., etc.,. She was on top of everything and made sure she was connected to important wedding party members. I can't recommend her enough for your big day-BOOK HER!!. Arielle and Aleia were great to work with. From the initial consultation (Arielle) to the final vendor meeting (Aleia) to the actual wedding day (Arielle).

When my father would be delayed from attending our ceremony due to medical reasons, Arielle jumped into action. She coordinated with everyone at our venue to start the cocktail hour early (as guests arrived). She then helped us make a crucial decision to send dinner early (before the ceremony!!) so that our guests would be taken care of, but my dad would still have time to get there and walk me down the aisle. Arielle kept a cool demeanor that made these decisions so easy to make. She did many other things for us that day, (coordinated our transportation, set up our cake, etc.) but nothing is as important as having my dad at the ceremony, and she helped make that happen! Jenny was a huge help at our wedding last month. To trust someone with the small details and not have to oversee everything on the big day was such a relief. She was so helpful throughout the planning process. She even asked what I was the most nervous about so she could make sure that part went smoothly. Jenny and the team are so detail-oriented. She is also had a lot of insight on vendors. The day of the wedding went so smoothly, and we owe a good deal of that to Wedded Perfection. They took care of all the preparations at the venue while also checking in with me from time to time. I'm seriously so in love with Arielle and Jenny! They did a FANTASTIC job making our wedding day perfect. Jenny was our point person for all of our planning needs and did not disappoint. She guided us through the entire planning process, from start to finish and I could not be more happy to have had her. As an out of state bride, I was constantly worried about something. However, Jenny and Arielle relieved my fears at every turn. They made me feel completely comfortable with the planning process from a thousand miles away! On the day of the wedding, I was a mess. I was so nervous about how everything was going to look, that I freaked out a bit, but Jenny and Arielle assured me that everything would be ok, and boy, were they right. The ceremony went off without a hitch, and when I walked into that ballroom, WOW! It was everything I could've dreamed of and more. Having a background in restaurant management, I knew that without someone to take point, I would spend my entire wedding day running around and trying to organize everything and everyone. With this in mind, I set out to find a day of coordinator that would do an amazing job and not break the bank. Arielle Gavin was the answer to my prayers. I could call her any time and she would be there to help me with anything I needed. She recommended multiple vendors who ended up being absolutely fantastic! She was able to deal with my super organized personality and helped me with all of the little details that worried me so much. I thought I could handle all of the wedding planning myself until about 4 months before we got married. Wedded Perfection was the best investment I have ever made. Arielle was such a pleasure to work with. My husband and I are from out of town, which made planning the wedding just a bit difficult. Since Arielle services in the Columbus area, she has made everything so easy for us. She was always very prompt at responding to my emails and phone calls, which I appreciated very much. Her package was very reasonable and we had the option to alter it for any additional requests. She understood our budget and worked with us to ensure we were happy with everything.

We had a food truck theme wedding, but didn't know where to start on selecting the right vendors. I was unsure about getting a wedding planner because it can be costly but thanks to Arielle Gavin with Wedded Perfection I was able to do it at a reasonable price that didn't take up my whole budget for my wedding. I have 3 children under 3 years of age and therefore I just didn't have the time or energy to do everything needed to plan a wedding all by myself but thanks to Arielle I was still able to have my dream wedding in just six short months! She was helpful in every possible way! I could call or text her anytime of day and she would answer. Planning a wedding 1300 miles from home, and only having 6 months in which to do it is a daunting task. Arielle was certainly up for the task. Our day was stunning!! I had the pleasure of being a bridesmaid for one of my dear college friends. She had everything planned to the tee but I saw her getting more and more overwhelmed trying to do everything herself. I wasn't sure I needed a wedding planner, but boy am I glad I got one! My day went off without a hitch! ...and anything that did go wrong got fixed and I didn't even know about it.

Compared to the other planners in the area, Wedded Perfection was the most reasonable. They charged me based on what I need, and for a $20,000 wedding, I used them for some end planning and day of coordination and it only cost me $700. That was a steal compared to everyone else who wanted 2K or more.

We used Arielle, with Wedded Perfection, for our day-of coordinator and she was amazing! While we didn't think that we needed one initially, when it came down to the final few weeks before the wedding, we realized that we really needed someone to help with set up and coordination on our wedding day. There was a wedding the night before ours at our reception venue, and with our ceremony being held at 1:30 p.m., we would not have time to go and set up ourselves that morning (and didn't want to put the burden on friends or family members). We were lucky to find her on such short notice, and she was willing to jump in and help with any last minute details that we needed. After meeting with Arielle, it turned out there were a lot more "details" to be addressed than we had realized! Before we knew it though, the "big day" was here. Arielle showed up at our house where the girls and I were getting ready bright and early to say hi and take decorations to the church. All I can say is, the rest of the day went very smoothly, and was actually stress-free! The reception venue looked amazing, and it was so great to not have to worry about set-up and tear-down!
