Congratulations to my incredible surgeon, Dr. Debora McClary, of Arizona Preferred Surgeons, for making Top Doctor of Arizona 2019! Dr. McClary is sincerely THE BEST doctor I have ever had and known in my life. Working in the medical field myself for 15 years, I have worked for and along side a multitude of physicians. Also, being a patient in and out of the hospital for the last two years, I have come across many physicians. I have never known a doctor like her, who is willing to go above and beyond to find the answers for you. She is a extremely well respected, highly educated and has traveled to gain the uppermost knowledge and skills of surgical procedures. As well as alternative procedures to help those patients (like me) that don't exactly have the same anatomy as the typical patient. She in knowledgeable in practically every surgical study ever done. And knows exactly what is best for you. She takes every imaginable step for her patients, to do everything possible to give us a better quality of life. Aside from being THE best at what she does, she is just a wonderful human being. Not only has she done so much for me, but she has saved my life. Thank you Dr. McClary. For every little and big thing you've done for me so far. And for continuing to work on my case, looking into every possible reason why I am still having the complications that I am. I was referred to Dr. Kara Villareal and couldn't have been more satisfied. I was originally referred for gallbladder issues but Dr. Villareal didn't immediately jump into surgery; she referred me to a GI specialist and we found another issue causing my symptoms.Dr. Villareal is so knowledgeable but makes you feel like you are THE most important patient when she talks to you. She explained everything very clearly and honestly. She makes your issue understandable and calms you with her knowledge. She is friendly and caring and has a great sense of humor.I also dealt a little with Dr. McClary and she appears to have the same qualities.I highly recommend Dr. Villareal and this practice to anyone who needs surgery. I can't say enough good things about doctor Lipton. Â He's very knowledgeable and confident yet humble and personable. Â He came highly recommended by my spinal surgeon and is respected throughout the medical community. Â My surgery went smooth and as expected and he made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Â His after care is second to none. Â He's very thorough and will manage your care until you're completely healed and healthy. Â His staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well. I had to have my gallbladder removed and was very nervous about having surgery. Dr. McClary was very good at explaining everything in a way I could understand both before, and after surgery. She also aswered every question I had and was great at calming my nerves. My surgery went well and everything healed quickly with no issues. I would highly recommend this surgeon's office. More...

I know that what Dr McClary handled for me doesn't get talked about much but right now I am singing her praises from the heavens!  I have suffered many a year with hemorrhoids and decided I would at leat go get looked at.  I did thorough research on many different sites and looked into accreditations and Debora McClary had everything I was looking for.  I booked an appointment and she handled me with kit gloves, she spoke in my language and was very open and honest.  She acknowledged how hard it was from my perspective and showed such sympathy I felt as though she were going thru the procedure with me!  I was given numerous ways to handle my situation and asked for her recommendation and went with that.  She told me just what to expect and never sugar coated it.  When I came around she was right there with her fabulous smile and was asking how I was doing...I was drugged up so I was just great!(LOL) I had pain afterwards and called her office several times  and they answered every question I had, I mean I called often and was never left with a feeling of being a bother.  I recovered fully after about 6 weeks and could not be happier...I cannot believe I went as long as I did.  In summary if you want a compassionate, knowledgeable, award winning, top doc per Phoenix magazine...go see Doc McClary and tell her Joe sent ya!!  I GUARANTEE you won't regret it!
