Tatum was our wedding planner for my daughters February 2018 wedding at The Benson and she was amazing!!!!! I used Tatum and “We Plan It” for my wedding in Feb. We had only 1.5 months to plan but the day turned out beautifully especially with the help of Tatum. I don’t know what we would have done without her. She coordinated all the vendors and took care of all the small details. She is highly organized and I wasn’t stressed out once on the day of my wedding. The day went so smoothly, and she kept our wedding and the events on time. There was never a dull moment and people had a blast. It would have never worked out this way without the help of Tatum. I can't thank WE Plan It enough for everything they did for our wedding day!! It truly would of not been the same without them. I love how custom their packages are, our first meeting we discussed items I wanted to handle throughout the process and items the WE team would cover. It was so great to be able to hand things off! Their services the day off are an absolute must! The WE team set-up our reception tent and ceremony, I was in tears seeing the basic ideas I gave them turned into flawless execution by the ladies at WE. They captured my taste and created a beautiful event beyond my expectations. Wendy was there the entire day making sure we stayed on our timeline which was so helpful as you completely loose track of time during the day. My wedding day was calling for rain and the team was completely ready with back up plans to ensure my vision remained the same and keeping me calm. I cannot say enough about the WE team. Working with We Plan It was the best decision we made when hiring our wedding vendors. When I first met Wendy, We Plan It's owner, my anxieties melted away. She was professional, detail-oriented, thorough, warm, and kind. I could tell she genuinely care about getting to know me and the vision I had for our wedding. Kara and Tatum worked as our "day of" coordinators, but they also made sure everything went smoothly the weeks leading up to and following the wedding. My organization has used WE Plan It for a number of event rentals and consulting services and each time has been outstanding! I coordinated a number of events throughout the year and there have been multiple times where I needed rental items just hours before the event (linens, centerpieces, tables, chairs, etc.) and WE Plan It has always been extremely responsive in providing the items that I need. They really go above and beyond! We have also used them to consult on events such as our golf classic, and welcome party's and I can tell you this team are true professionals and are so talented in what they do. We Plan It is an amazing company, led by a great leader (Wendy)! She made my backyard wedding with over 250 people the easiest thing to plan in the world. She had amazing recommendations for vendors such as Photography (William James Photography is the best!), a DJ (Matt with Groove Machine), and got me in contact with her incredibly priced floweriest (Galina). Wendy thought of everything that my mind kept forgetting from aisle runners to portable bathrooms. She kept in contact with my vendors (including the people who I rented chairs/tables and a tent from- Party Place), without me having to worry about the little details. She was always available by phone (either text or phone call) whenever I had a question about anything. Her bubbly personality made it so easy for me to enjoy working with her. The days before the wedding during set up of the venue, Wendy and her team were there throughout the entire process, making sure everything was exactly the way I wanted, so that I could enjoy entertaining guests who were coming into town. The day of the wedding, her team ran around flawlessly (at least to my knowledge!) and got me everything I needed from extra Champagne bottles to cold towels (it was 104 degrees on our wedding day!). The time and energy it takes to produce a beautiful and seamlessly orchestrated event for 400 people (with dinner!) is incredible.
