Date: 15 August 2019Update. Had my first service appointment and it went great. Stayed at the dealership, drank their good coffee, got my trucks first oil change and tire rotation. They were busy but the time flew and I was done and out of there. Used my Hall Points to pay so it was quick and not expensive either. Been using Hall Ford since 2009 on my trucks and recommend you use them too. New Review!! Bought a 2019 F150 Lariat!! Had a great experience and would recommend giving Hall Ford a visit if you are I the market for a new vehicle. The process was pretty seamless; I got a fair trade-in, was given a good price and the truck is so nice I had to have it. Nelson McCann was my sales guy and he did a first class job. He knows the vehicles, pointed out various features, and got my deal to the General Manager Mr. Desouza in short time. The financial manager was quick and efficient and the whole process met my needs. I have had my truck for 5 days and I love it. If it is as good as my 2005 was I will be a happy camper. Thx to all concerned. And I have be getting my maintenance at Hall Ford for years and will not change that. I recently had my F150 serviced at Hall Ford NN. As usual all went well and my Service Tech Corey was on point. You are greeted nicely when you arrive, he quickly gets the pertinent info and the process starts. When I arrived I was lost and a nice service member pointed me in the right direction right away. You know how sometimes people let you wonder around looking lost and leave you that way we’ll he approached me and asked me if I needed something. After pulling my Vehicle up I then was directed to a customer service desk to get my information.I went to get 3 customer service satisfaction repairs.The driver door panel, rear suspension and the exhaust checked. When I called to set up the appointment the customer service provider on the phone said that they did not have the parts in to fix my door panel.. I was really sad because that’s the one I really went for. I told the man helping me that I would like that to be fixed her found that they were actually able to fix it for me ! That really made my day! He was honest with me and said there were 20 + cars that came in before me that haven’t been looked at and if they couldn’t get to my car today (Friday) I would have to come back for it and try again Monday. I respect being told the truth up front and appreciate it. Over all the hall ford Lincoln team are amazing and I had my car by noon! Called at 3:30 Sunday to see if I could get a windshield treatment reapplied and a vacuum. Was greeted by Kenneth McGhee who sold my my F150, who then promptly rode down with me to the detailing area and vacuumed my interior his self while another gentleman scrubbed and reapplied the treatment to the windshield. I took my F-150 to Hall Ford and found the entire experience superior to the many other dealers and private service and maintenance I have used through the years. When I first arrived Corey Sparrow was very prompt and professional. He gathered my concerns and was very thorough. The service department did an outstanding job and quick. They worked on wheel alignment, rotation, and some engine problems. After their work the truck ran and rode better than ever.My wife also took her Jaguar in for repair and they did miracles. It rides and runs much better than when we first purchased it.The 5 rating is below what I would choose to give them, but you don't have a 10. Very disappointed with the service dept. took my car in for a recall after being giving the round around since March 15,2019. After finally getting a appointment for June 18, 2019 a 4hrs job took all day. When I got my car back the mechanic had taken my papers and auto books was thrown all in the back on the floor. The kicker is that Thursday I notice that the mechanic had left grease and oil stains on my interior. Very disappointed.25 June 2019 Took my car in to have the interior clean. I also informed the Hall Ford Newport News of this and was very pleased that they took the time to listen to my complaint and took action to insure that I knew that this was not how my car should have been left. My Lincoln MKC 2015 Select is an awesome truck. The best decision was buying this truck. Recently took my truck in for an oil change and then it starts where I have to get brakes done. I have been receiving calls from a Mr. Daniel D. Cumbo (sales men). So I decided to go talk to him. Long story short this sales men Mr. Cumbo was excellent. I was able to get a 2019 Lincoln MKC Select updated with nothing down it was a great experience.
