Great place to lift. Knowledgeable staff. I love this place. Also has row machines and other options for conditioning as well as strength. Their system works for fitness newbies as well as veterans. I anticipate this concept will catch on and become a huge chain. More...

I was lucky enough to find WayPoint Strength by referral from a friend. At the time I was gym homeless and thought I'd likely never find my happy place again. Waypoint has filled that void with its fun culture, innovative training set up, and unique selection/options for each work out. I love the atmosphere, the coaches, and the other members/clients. I joined this gym about a month or so ago. I was nervous because I hadn’t worked out in quite some time and kept telling myself I needed to have some level of base fitness before I could set foot in a gym. Boy was I wrong! They have been so great in helping me pick the right workouts starting from ground zero and building up. The personal trainers are very friendly and not intimidating. I love the format they have here; everyone has their own workout station, every day is different, you choose a workout from an iPad and a personal trainer is available to give you direction when you need it. The owners and personal trainers are friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. You have your own workout space, bench, rower, assault air bike, and weights.  The workouts are challenging, but can be modified to your fitness level. Makes me feel very comfortable to workout here and push myself to keep increasing weight and intensity. I also really enjoy how focused they are on mobility and training thats more tailored for athletes. We like it so much that when we purchase a house the distance to Waypoint Strength will be a big factor! More...

Robert is a master when it comes to creating programs that address both strength and conditioning are are highly effective when you put in the work. He is always observing and teaching whether it is on proper form or ways to increase strength. The trainers in the gym, Corey and Nate, are so knowledgeable and attentive, watching even when you think they aren't. Great to have your own space and equipment so you always have what you need! I wanted a place where I could really grow my barbell skills. I've always been a little intimidated at a large facility; wanting to see what I could do, but not wanting to look out of place or hurt myself trying. I have finally found my gym home. Each day I’m given a choice of workouts and guided through the workouts with a trainer. Your trainer doesn’t hover but is there to guide, correct form, and to help you meet your goals. It’s a personal trainer without the cost of one. The facility has the top of the line equipment and enough for each person. It is very clean and there’s a shower! Times are super convenient. I didn’t think I’d like making a reservation, but it helps me keep my accountability. The trainers are knowledgeable, helpful, and very encouraging. They are never on their phones and there when you need them. I can’t say enough about Waypoint Strength. Love this place! More...

I have been going to Waypoint Strength for 3 weeks now. I can't say enough good things about it. The facility is in a great location. Easy to get to and leave. It is very clean inside and doesn't have a gym smell. The equipment is top of line. You really can't get any better. And there is enough for each person to have their own. The people are GREAT! Very genuine and knowledge. Waypoint is like having a personal trainer without the pricing of a personal trainer. I have worked with all of them. Nate pushes me to be a better athlete. Corey pushes me to be stronger. And Robert, well he knows I love a good challenge and creates a program for that. I really like that someone is checking on me during my workout to make sure my form is correct and to encourage me. The workouts are amazing! I have always like strength training, but still want the endurance too. And I have found exactly what I need. The workouts always push me. I wondered how I would like working out "alone," but honestly I never feel alone when I am there. Waypoint is my Zen place. I truly walk in and happy and leave even happier!!! More...

Waypoint is such an awesome fitness facility! Whether you are currently in shape, or working toward being in shape, they come up with a program custom to your goals! I love the feel of the gym and the equipment is top notch! Corey, my trainer pushes me to accomplish things I wouldn't normally be able to do on my own and really pays attention to form so I don't get hurt! The owners of the facility were super friendly and involved too! I can't wait to see my results a month from now! Check them out if you're in the market for a new gym! We work personally with our client every day. All workouts are fully programmed and we create roadmaps to fit your personal goals. We also have available nutritional programming, up to and including meal prep guides, grocery lists and recipes.

Accountability! Accountability will bring the routine which becomes habit which becomes passion! You will learn to love taking care of yourself if you first learn to be accountable to yourself.

It is very rewarding to use my knowledge and experience to create life changing transformation!

I had developed a unique health and fitness system that I could not find being delivered any where else and felt it was very valuable.
