As visitors from NY, Â we were in the mood for local cuisine that was fast and delicious, this place met both of those needs! !! We went for breakfast tacos and the both of us ate for $9! We got 2 bacon, egg w/ cheese, 1 chorizo, egg w/ cheese and 1 bacon and beans tacos. Everything from the tortilla to the eggs were super fresh and hot. Delicioso! I liked it a lot. If I was asked to rate it, I would rate it 10 out of 10. The food I ordered came out just how I wanted it. Pleasantly surprised by this place. Their mini tacos were fantastic! We ended up coming again the next day for lunch with a friend and got the chance to try their pozole and baja C taco with shrimp. It was battered and cooked to perfection! The pork in their pozole was so tender too, it melted in your mouth. Their happy hour from 3-7 is a really good deal for their margaritas. You can definitely taste the tequila (just how I like it). Will be coming here more to try different things on their menu, I am sure it will all taste great. More...

Great selection of salsa's. Not a huge variety of tacos, but enough to fulfill a taco void in your life. I've only done carry out but the tacos hold up well to a 10 min drive home, not sure how much longer they would last without getting soggy.

Had them for the first time yest and had delivery from Door Dash, was hands down some of the best Mexican food we've had. My family ordered chicken quesadillas, tortas and some tacos and they were ALL amazingly delicious . We had a diff restaurant for dinner and were sadly disappointed, my husband and I said we should've ordered Wapo Taco again . We made sure to have Wapo Taco for dinner tonight and again it was just amazing. We love this place!! Our realtor introduced us to them and they are near our house so that's a win! Love the drive thru option if needed. They make up your order pretty quick even if you order a lot. Tacos and more at a fair price. The restaurant is small, but tables clear up quickly. You order at the register and they will bring out your food. Chips and queso: that was a fail. The queso was super runny. I actually had to break the chips, scoop up the cheese with a spoon and then add the crumbled chips. Gobernador taco: shrimp on a flour tortilla. The tortilla was delicious. Perfectly crispy. The sauce has a little kick to it. The taco was a good size. Baja-C taco: on corn tortillas (the out of the bag ones). Good flavor. Not a big difference from the Gobernador except they add cole slaw and it's on corn instead of flour. Beans and rice: I ordered this on the side.  The beans are refried. The rice is Mexican style. Both were good. The salsa bar: best part of the meal. They have all types of add ons. The salsa ranges from mild to extremely spicy. They also have grilled jalapeños. Drinks: I had the margarita. It comes frozen. It was just what I expected. It did not disappoint. Dessert: they have the best coconut pecan cookies. They are soft and come in a package of two. Staff: they were nice, but did drop the ball twice. They forgot about our drinks and my side order. We had to ask for our drinks when we figured they weren't going to be brought out to us. I think this may happen often since when we were ordering, someone came up to the register to inquire about their drinks.  Easy solution is to serve the drinks while the customer is paying. Update :went back during happy hour which is everyday 3-7 pm i think. I got she asada tacos which come with onions and. Cilantro I added mozzarella(or con fresco). Also has a the house margarita with Chile and a side of queso and guacamole. Tacos were good I've had better but good. the steak has flavor and you get 5 tacos kinda small but decent.the open salsa bar is nice too. the  house margarita hit the spot and went perfect with my tacos.i will say the chips and queso were a let down chips seemed stale and queso was a real light yellow cheese that was starting to harden as I was eating it ..guacamole on the other hand was great!
