She was extremely helpful and gave me a whole new way how to look at my house and can’t wait to have her team help redecorate. Sandra and the Wallpaper Galore crew are the BEST!---Sandra was such a great help to me in picking out  just the right window treatment! She kept me informed on the arrival of the items. And when one item arrived damaged due to shipment, she immediately took care of the problem. Her install skills---are excellent, and leaves the house cleaner than when she arrived.  I really appreciated her patience as she walked me through how to use the motorized blinds. She is very knowledgable. Sandra and Jessica with Wallpapers Galore were nothing short of absolutely fantastic!!! They were a tremendous help with picking out the right window treatments for our house (what we were wanting, needing, design, etc), as well as with picking out wallpaper. We had three bids done and they were by far the best value and best quality. They completed the job in great time, and I am overall over the moon with their work, their products, and their service. Family owned business that I love supporting! Their showroom is so lovely and I really enjoyed the experience of picking out our wallpaper with the guidance of the WG team. They helped stay within our budget and were patient with us when we had trouble deciding. After we were done and it was time to schedule install, they let us know they only use high quality wallpaper hangers and they book out pretty far in advance. I appreciated the transparency as I would rather wait with bare walls than have a messed up or rushed job. The team did a great job communicating and I am overall really impressed with the results! We were recommended to Wallpapers Galore through several neighbors in my neighborhood.We had several rooms we wanted designed and needed our walls sanded down due to the texture. The staff at WG did a fabulous job finding us quality material at a good cost, they worked fast and followed up for several weeks after to make sure we were still happy! The customer service and the wallpaper hanging job is just as my friends raved about! We would recommend the staff at WG to anyone! Also, the store is really cool - I highly recommend going there for an in-person consultation, you get to see way more of their selection samples than they can bring in-person (can see pictures though). I went in to Wallpapers Galore last week to choose new paper for a bathroom remodel. I had a tile sample, as well as a sample of my old wallpaper that's a design I love but has been discontinued. After showing both to Sandra, she began pulling books off the shelf and opening to similar papers in designs, any of which would have worked well. It was an enormous relief NOT to have to go through dozens of books on my own to find a few samples (which I've done before). It seems like Sandra knows those books by heart, and she saved me precious time! I checked out a few books to see samples in the room's lighting and placed my order within a few days. Martha is wonderful. She really knows her wallpaper. As far as the review below about her going out of business soon. Not true. ...she has been in business for 20 years. I have used her 3 times now (2 times for wallpaper and once for woven wood blinds) and her prices are just as good; if not better; than online prices. Very sweet lady. More...
