A great website is one that fits your needs exactly. Some clients need their website to be lead generation machines, while others use their website as an internal tool for productivity.
A truly great website will fit your needs, function smoothly, and will have the ability to adapt to future needs.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Typically before starting a new project, we like to get an idea of our client's day-to-day process, and ideal customer. We want to provide a complete solution to the project, and often times clients don't know what options they have.
We want to recommend a project that will benefit you and your business, and we will ask clarifying questions throughout the introduction process to ensure we have a solid idea on your sales funnel, how your project will best benefit you, and most importantly, how we can tailor our services to help you the most.
What do you love most about your job?
The best part of our job revolves around meeting great clients, the workplace friendship we have, and being able to constantly learn. Every day we can learn something new. Every day we can meet amazing people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our business was started as a way to help out local businesses that didn't quite hit the mark. We saw a lot of potential from businesses, startups, and more..but they failed due to lack of planning or marketing. We knew we could help, and jumped right in!
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose us if they want to work closely with us to develop a website, social media campaign, or email campaign that is specifically designed to generate leads, or interest in their business. While we can set up a "set and forget" type of marketing service, we much prefer a more involved process that generates better results.
We set up a chat system so we are available to answer questions quickly and personally. We provide regular reports. We ask clarifying questions, and give our recommendations. We do not outsource any of our work...including our customer service.
You will find we work directly with you, and we have your business in our best interests. Our goal is for our clients to be profitable and happy, so they stick with us for the long haul!
