You make your own schedule by booking an appointment. This allows our clients to be held accountable with attendance.
Every workout is modified to fit each individual with their goals, injuries, and needs. So you are going at a pace made for you, not someone else.

I have been working out at VO2 for over a year and cannot say enough about how special it is. The ownership, staff and members are really like a family, and we encourage each other in and out of the gym. Troy keeps the workouts fresh and interesting, and he tailors them for each individual based on his or her unique abilities and/or injuries. I cannot count the number of days that I would not have worked out, let alone pushed myself as hard as I have, were it not for my commitment at VO2. I have gotten physically and mentally stronger, more agile and generally more healthy. 6 months ago when I joined VO2, I couldn't run for 30 minutes continuously. I couldn't even run for 5 minutes continuously, and I just chalked it up to getting older. This morning I decided to go for a "run". Well I ran for 30 mins no problem at all. Remarkably, I was doing what I could do at 30, and at 51 there is no better feeling than that. I don't always look forward to working out, but I do always look forward to going to VO2. VO2 is the best! Troy really goes out of his way to make it feel like a family. The workouts are always challenging, but I walk out of the gym (super sweaty, mind you), feeling AMAZING and so energized. The vibe in the gym is very positive and fun. The individual stations make it really simple to work out with the correct weights and set-up for you. I have some knee issues and Troy and Jacob proactively modify whatever needs to be modified without my needing to remind them. They are kind and encouraging and always challenge me to do my best. I have a long way to go, but this is the first time in years that I've had a consistent routine because I WANT to go workout. It no longer feels like a chore. I started training with Troy and Milo about 6 weeks ago after 25 years of neglecting my health and body. I was apprehensive about going to work out again after such a long time. Milo and Troy worked with me to make the process as smooth as possible, while remaining challenging. The workouts are difficult, but do-able and Milo and Troy know how to motivate you to achieve your goals. I still have a long way to go, but am already feeling better and seeing a difference. V02 is a great private gym with a personal flare where Troy has managed to create an energetic, fun and positive environment. He is very patient, knowledgeable, encouraging, and he gets genuinely excited when you are doing awesome at something and/or seeing results. I've been training with Troy for about 6 months, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He explains each exercise thoroughly, with an emphasis on correct form to maximize results and prevent injuries. Troy makes sure that your workout is high-intensity and he changes up the workouts every day to keep things fun and interesting.
