I tried Vitality Bowls for the first time the other day and was really pleased with the place.The cashier was really helpful and gave me and my friend suggestions for our meals, she even handed us their calories chart so we can take a look at all the macros in the bowls. I opted for a salad, the kale salad with turkey, quinoa, cucumbers and a honey dijon dressing. It was really fresh and tasty! Only complaint, I needed more dressing for that kale, there was a loooot of kale. I also got a juice, the Detoxifier I believe. It had lemon, fresh ginger, cucumber and coconut water. So refreshing. My friend tried a bowl, with some tropical fruit, very tart, yet sweet. The bowl was topped with granola and strawberries, it was beautiful. This place is small, but has great tasting fresh food. A little expensive but you pay for the great quality. I'm hooked on their Acai nutty bowl. So many options, easily customizable, you can add or take away anything you don't or do want. They have salads, sandwiches, smoothies, breakfast and coffee. Staff is friendly and to the point. They also have an App that is great and easy to use, better than other apps for restaurants I've used. This place is a Haven for those with food allergies. So many friendly and wonderful options. Always a nice change of pace to get a bowl from here. I try to avoid smoothies because you can consume a ton of sugar so quickly, so the bowls are a nice middle ground. Fresh fruit, tangy açai, crunchy granola, there's just something about it that really hits the spot for me, either as a midday snack or a meal replacement.My only suggestion is to get the granola on the side if you're getting it to go. And I definitely recommend adding more of your own granola yourself if you do get it to-go, because you'll always have extra açai leftover after eating all the yummy toppings. More...
