Kate did an amazing job catering our wedding! The vegetarian chili and coconut curry were so good, people are still raving about the food (almost a year later)! We were so excited to be able to provide deliciously local food at our wedding. Kate at Village Roots was able to take our simple pig roast and turn it into a mouth watering feast with sides perfect for our hot outdoor bbq wedding. She used spices and flavors that were so incredibly mouthwatering, despite having more than enough to fill all our guests, there were no left overs!
