My first massage here in California, a present for my birthday, and it was a really great experience!You can choose your appointment and therapist online (they all have a bio and specialties). The website is really easy to use and you'll get reminder of your appointment.My therapist, Theresa, was really kind and welcoming, she asked me if I had special requests and made sure I was confortable. The cosy bed, the nice temperature in the room and the good smell of incense were perfect to relax. Got a prenatal massage here with Doug. Best massage I've ever had. He uses a technique I've never had (says its a combo of Swedish, deep tissue, acupressure, stretching -- whatever it is, it works! ). Love that they have special prenatal tables, so you can lie face down. Table has indentation for chest and belly. When you turn on your back, they put pillows on an incline too, which is extremely comfortable. Ambiance is perfect. At the end, they give you remnants of your individual massage cream jar which is a nice bonus. More...

Best. Massage. Ever.
I love the prenatal massage from both David and Miranda. The low 10" table height makes it easy for mamas to get on and off the table, but the belly bump out is the best part, so I can lay on my tummy and my back can get the deep pressure it needs and wants!!

I went in yesterday to get the labor inducement massage with Nadya. The facility has a special massage table for pregnant women with a hole for the belly.
It is very comfortable, especially because I have been dreaming to lay on my stomach for many months now =)
Nadya is a truly great specialist, her firm touch helped me to let all the tensions go from my muscles. The massage included all body with emphasis on acupressure points for labor induction. Most importantly, Nadya helped me to get rid of buzzing thoughts in my head, to slow down, to return to my body and to get into deep mindful relaxation.
I left the office a totally different person. I sat down in a patio for half an hour and meditated after the massage. It was a wonderful and fulfilling experience.
Hopefully the techniques to bring on labor naturally will work soon!
Will definitely recommend the place to my friends and family.

I echo what many of the others are saying: I just experienced the best massage of my life! Massages are my favorite type of treat for myself. I don't get to have one very often but when I do, I want to reeeeallly relax & enjoy myself. I booked an appointment with David and man, I'm glad I did. The ambiance is lovely and peaceful. I immediately felt at ease when I entered the space - it's a very sensory experience (oils diffusing, quiet chimes, gorgeous natural light streaming through the trees outside). David showed me into the room where I saw the massage table on the floor. I was intrigued to see how he would move his body to work on mine. As soon as we got started, I realized how intimate this experience was going to be. I think human touch is one of the most powerful energies out there so when you find someone skilled in the art of touch, it's a real treat. Ask anyone who knows me well and they'll agree that I'm an unabashed touch whore so, naturally, I love David's method of Touch Therapy. In the past, I've had massage therapists simply go through the motions of a massage and even though their hands were on me, there was a disconnect. Not at Verde Touch. David's energy is profound. He would work on my shoulders while balancing his weight on my thighs. It was such a marvelous sensation - almost like I had two therapists working me at once! He's also very gifted with honing in on those places that are often neglected - places I never thought you could actually massage (e.g. forearms, my collarbone area, stomach) but wow, did I melt when he did! Zander's massage therapy is my monthly respite from stress. He does an amazing sports-therapy style of massage that is intense and effective without being actually painful.
He gets very tight muscles to release and relax with a calm and focused effort that is essential to my well being.
I have also had truly outstanding massages from David, Jodi, Revital, and Amelia, both while pregnant and not. Verde has a particularly amazing setup for pregnant women - you can actually lay face down, with your belly resting in a foam lined pocket. When I was very pregnant, just lying face down felt amazing, plus the prenatal massage would take away some of that hip pain.

They have a 1st and 2nd floor area. We went to the second floor and found it to be very cozy and clean. The masseuse was super friendly and asked what I wanted in particular. Then during the massage she ensured the pressure was right and that she focused on the right areas. Overall, the massage was good and not too expensive. I joined the membership to save 20% and only need go a second time to make it worth the purchase. More...

I went to Verde Touch for prenatal massage, where I was thoroughly nurtured and cared for by Nadya. David, the founder, brought me blackberries on my first visit (he knew that I was pregnant and possibly hungry/nauseated! ) and I ate all the blackberries up. At the next visit, there were twice as many berries on the plate. Verde Touch is a place to go if you want to feel thoroughly relaxed and taken care of. The physical space is calm, smells wonderfully of sandalwood, and the staff put you at ease instantly. I had some issues with payment, and they were dealt with quickly and respectfully. Appointment requests are dealt with quickly, too. Ample parking. Best massage experience around! More...
