So after further review : I did receive a refund , however the communication was bland if that …I just think that if communication was better I’m sure the flowers would have been beautiful ….

I called 4 times Waited on hold never got through to anybody left my voicemail with my phone number four times in a row in a four hour period and my flower still were not delivered do not say you can deliver same day delivery when I order at 3:00 PM here it is almost 9 o’clock and I have not gotten any response from anybody nor have my flowers been delivered for $271 I think it’s a rip off

I am conflicted with this review. The flowers were gorgeous, however, the arrangement I had made to have the flowers picked up were more than disappointing. This florist was recommended by my sister-in-law as I was ordering from Canada and she would be able to pick them up. After being initially ignored, the customer service rep fumbled around trying to find the invoice. Even though I had given all kinds of info regarding who was picking it up, she insisted that I had to be called to confirm. This was unacceptable as others came into the store & picked up flowers with no problem. Very disappointing and unfortunately I will not recommend this florist. More...

I found this gem on Yelp and decided to give them a try based on their good reviews and awesome photos! I called in advance and placed an order for a box of two dozen red roses. I asked for something very simple but elegant. I got there about 10 minutes after placing the order and had to wait no more than 10 minutes for my beautiful arrangement. I looove this place. It is nice and clean inside, costumer service is good, the flowers are amazing. I was amazed how fast they were when I just walked in and ordered a little bouquet for my mother. It took them 15-20 minutes to do it. They were very friendly, they were even engaging with me, I gave them some ideas of how i wanted the bouquet to be. A friend from London sent me a hatbox of the most incredible flowers last week. I have never received such a beautiful arrangement in my life. The fragrance of the arrangement was simply magnificent and after several days, it looks exactly the same as the day they delivered it. The 2 gentlemen who delivered the arrangement could not have been nicer in their greeting or more helpful in assisting me get them through the doorway.
