My journey with Bob has turned my life around. I've lost more than 50 pounds, I eat healthier, enjoy exercising, and I now lead a healthy
lifestyle. Bob cares about his client’s goals and he proves it by varying the workouts, sharing personal experiences, and providing motivation and inspiration both in and away from the gym. It's not just a career for Bob, it's a way of life that becomes contagious.

I started training with Bob in February 2015 because I was stuck. When I first started my journey I wanted to eliminate 20 pounds while looking fit rather than just being skinny. Bob explained in order for me to reach my goal, I would not only have to dedicate myself to working out, but to also watch my food intake. I started exercising 3 or 4 times a week and documenting what I was eating. Bob would always take the time needed to encourage me! When I first started working out it was an obligation, but after being trained by Bob, I actually started enjoying working out and increasing my activity to 5 or 6 times a week. Bob is always so encouraging. I have reached my goal! I know I could not have done it on my own. Bob will push you and he won't let you give up. Be prepared to give it your all and do not hesitate to ask questions. I'm happy with myself and where I am now. I would not have accomplished my goals without Bob. More...

I began training with Bob Vaughan in September 2011. Bob is a professional who is well-prepared and varies the workouts in order to challenge me and help me progress. He's attentive during sessions, suggesting changes in order to correct my form or technique. The guidance he's provided has motivated me to make changes in my workouts and nutrition. My energy level and self confidence have benefited tremendously. I have gone from someone who went to the gym regularly but never pushed myself to someone who is happy to leave a session knowing I've given it my all.
